A standard, bare-bones, no-frills salon at best. Every guy that came in here got a buzz cut. I stopped in for a quick manicure - they unfortunately did not carry any nail polishes I recognized by name, but I picked the color that most closely resembled what I already had on.
I was actually quite pleased with the service and the enthusiasm of the manicurist, whose name I didn't bother to ask - the only thing she really did wrong was file my nails with an unnecessarily rough emery board in such a manner that created friction and almost burned the skin of my fingertips right under the edge of my nail - but she only did it a couple of times, saw my facial expression, and adjusted her technique.
When I paid at the counter, I noticed a candy jar full of little gray bottles - how random, they carry travel-size containers of Biosilk! I bought three (they were a dollar each) and was on my way.
All in all, it wasn't a bad job. I'd probably go here again for a quick polish change, but not without my own bottle of polish and a more refined emery board.
