The best service any jewelry can provide!! My husband went there to get my engagement ring. Because he had a specific ring style in mind they worked with him to design a ring from scratch. They educated him on diamonds and showed him a different ray of styles and quality stones. The owners are a husband and wife and they have an adorable little son that'll you'll hear about all the time. We've been in to see them a few times.
They don't just take your service, they develop a relationship with their clients and take you in on a personal level. This isn't some jewelry store in the mall folks! You set an appointment to meet with them. Your appointments are the only way you meet unless otherwise stated by the owners and you take it seriously as they do. If you are looking to get in and out then I'm sure they won't mind but they like to sit with their clients and discuss your needs and wants. They take their business and you extremely serious and take the greatest pride in their work.... very close attention to details. Needless to say I have the most gorgeous engagement ring with a cathedral style design that isn't as thick as others. It's simple elegance with a gorgeous diamond. And my wedding band fits along the Cathedral style ring with a square design. It's amazing how they made those 2 awkward styles look so amazing with each other.
Because of my one of kind and uniquely designed engagement ring they worked with us to create my wedding band from scratch as well. It is quite different than other bands they have made so they used their expertise to help me with the details of the design. Zena, the wife, also has a knack for what goes together and the proper styling of jewelry so her opinions really matter!!
Basically in the end I have two gorgeous custom made rings that look gorgeous!! My stones are beautiful and so is the workmanship. You can't get any better than this! I will never go to another jewelry, EVER!!! They are also going to make my 1-year anniversary band to match my wedding band. Love them!!! You'll never regret it!!
