Since I moved out of the neighborhood less than a year ago, several new businesses have cropped up on Sellwood's SE 13th street. Dirty Dog Dog Wash is one of them.  The friendly owner, Sundance, assured me of the ease of use of the facilities.  You can bring your black lab and wash him yourself (I wondered about using a hose at home instead) or take advantage of their grooming services.   Their rates for washes run from $16 for a small dog to $22 for a large dog and nail trimming is an extra seven bucks if  you can't stand to do it yourself.  Products are natural and the business is happy to be a part of their new community.  Sundance invited me back for their Grand Opening, whose proceeds would benefit the Humane Society and Guide Dogs.  If you don't have a hose and soap at home, this dog U-Wash is handy.
