Typical Jersey Shore Seafood market, that sells both raw seafood and prepares lunch and dinner to eat in or to go.

The decor is slightly above minimal and the service is just OK, but the most of the fish and shrimp dishes are above average, as the seafood is fresh.

Note substantial emphasis on fried foods.

A good value for the money.

I had clients in from Amsterdam who were craving seafood, but also didn't want to venture far from our hotel.  The logical choice was Dino's.

Dino's has a typical mom-and-pop South Jersey restaurant vibe to it.  Bright lighting, typical unpretentious seashore eatery decor (ceramic fish and seashells on the paneled wall), Lite FM playing overhead, and one great waitress who has probably worked there since high school.  The place had many locals enjoying their dinner, including one guy who was dressed as a chef... I guess that's a good sign.

I would not have picked this place on my own since I don't eat seafood at all.  Alas, all seafood places have a few dishes for the anti-fishites, though I had to dig through this menu to find them.   When Dino's says they're a seafood restaurant, you'd best believe 'em.

I ordered the chicken and broccoli over penne with a lemon-garlic sauce, and the chicken was absolutely beautiful.  Juicy, flavorful, grilled perfectly.  The penne was delicious, and the sauce was well-balanced and good.  The portion was enormous.  I also got a simple garden salad, which was fresh, crisp and good.

My compadres each ordered the fried mussels as an appetizer, and then the swordfish steak for dinner.  They said it was really terrific, some of the best they've had (which says a lot; these guys travel the world for a living, and they don't skimp when they're on the road).  It looked good, I must admit; and these portions were a bit more human-sized, but still totally filling.

I give the food very high ranking, but the atmosphere... not so much.  But if you're just looking for some awesome seafood in a totally unpretentious place, this is a great spot.

In addition to the restaurant, Dino's also has a fish market component as well.  You can buy all sorts of fresh seafood, and it looked to be high-quality stuff.  The employees all seemed happy and proud of their place.  That speaks volumes to me.
