While it's true that this place has a great selection of various types of music, movies and video games it's not the most friendly atmosphere. I've been going there for years and I do like it, but there are so many times when I've left because the blaring music is to distracting, to repetitive or just plain offensive.

Half the people behind the counter are great, but the other half are standoffish and seem put upon when you ask for help. I'd like to see the items in their display cases without having to have a store employee move fifty things around first.

Ok, there's the bad; here's the good.
Amazing selection of used dvd's. Video games for systems current and going all the way back, strategy guides buttons and a lot of cool impulse items. It's a very non-corporate atmosphere, which I appreciate. People that seem to enjoy the music if not always their work. Overall, it's still my favorite place to go for music and movies...I just wish they'd fix some of the things I've listed.
