Long story short, I had an accident and felt weak in the back 3 days later and had went to a doctor but they didn't think it had anything to do with the accident so they just gave me ibuprofen. I finally couldn't stand working anymore and knew I had to try a chiropractor just in case.
I found Dr. Ousley on yelp and it was very close to my house and so I decided to call and got an appointment for the very same day. As I waited, there was calm music in the background and then I was greeted by the very friendly Dr. Ousley. She was very nice and listened to what I had to say. We went ahead and did an x-ray and immediately saw what the issue was. At that point, my back was hurting so much and had been for a week or so. She adjusted by back and neck and before you knew it, the pain and aching was gone! I only felt a tingling feeling go through my spine because it has been pinched for so many days. I felt great!!!!!!
All in all, I went home very happy and continued to see her frequently for the first few months and then now I only see her once every 2 weeks. She has great payment plans at a monthly rate or a pay per visit payment. It is VERY affordable and I am so glad I found her. I hope everyone who has back pains and are reluctant to give Dr. Ousley a chance because back pain is not something you have to live with! -

I have been a patient of Dr Ousley's for the last 6 months. I have a chronic lower back injury that began 5 years ago. Dr Ousley has offered invaluable, educational support in rehabilitating my spine. The adjustments are great, but what I appreciate more is the education that Dr Ousley offers to her patients so that we understand spinal injury can only truly be cured through re-education of how to be in balance within our bodies.
I would recommend Dr Ousley to any one of my friends with spinal pain/injury. -

Dr. Carrie is great. She is trying really hard to serve the Dimond area and I hope she sticks around. Good basic adjustments. No frills or anything - no stim, roller tables, ultrasound, etc. Just old fashioned manipulations that work. Her prices rock for what she provides; no crazy "sales" pitch, she tells you what you need and her pricing is spot on for the service.
Well worth a visit/consult. She has an ad in the neighborhood paper and has been at the local street fairs so see if you can get a coupon to get started if you need a fix! -

I am so impressed! I am so glad I had the chance to see Dr. O. She is great. On my first visit she was on time and so was I :) She got right to it. Asking me attentive questions, telling me what she did and how she works the back and spine and what I needed. I felt secure in her hands and she was very patient. I can not wait til my next visit!
I am also SO happy she is open on weekends and evenings so I can come after work or on my off days.
She also accepts ASHP for those of you that have that insurance! Try her! Plus she is located in a great area near shopping and beauty shops and cleaners, etc. Great for when you have a lot on your list to do on a Saturday! -

This chiroprac has got yer back!
One of the many things I appreciate about Dr. O is that her sincerity to help you. I've seen chiros for over 15 years & I'm glad I found her!!! She was also the first ever that had a planned goal via x-rays. She also explained it thoroughly on what my needs were based on the x-rays.
Actually, she's done such a good job, I see her as much as the dentist:) -

Great Chiropractor-Great adjustment!! She is good at working the back and will manipulate the spine vs. other chiro's who try to pull off some magic and don't actually do much.
If you're looking for a real chiropractor & you're in the area, go see her.

I recently visited Dr. Ousley's office for the first. It was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. I have been experience back and neck pain the last few weeks, which prompted me to call her. After the adjustment, I left the office feeling a lot looser and the pain I was experiencing was significantly reduced.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Ousley! I was recommended to Diamond Chiropractic by a friend after I moved to Oakland. I have had continuous neck pain for many years. After following the advise of my old chiropractor by cutting my hair, his reason for my headaches, with no results it felt hopeless. My first visit with Dr. Ousley was great. She listened to me, explains everything, and gave me great treatment. I did not feel rushed as I have in past experiences and her office has great hours. My neck feels great, I wish I had found her sooner! I now recommend her to everyone.

I was referred to Dr. Ousley after I had my rear end car accident. I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain, that bugged me for days. I couldn't concentrate on work or school. Finally, I decided to go see her. And man, she snapped me back to life. I was crick cracking all over. Some were so loud, it even scared me, but it relieved so much pain. I felt like myself again. And the bonus is my posture. I don't look like the hunchback of Norte Dame, but I'm close to it. She helped me on that too, so now I think I grew 1/2 an inch taller since. She's wonderful. Very fun to chat with and is always so personable. Whenever I feel like I have a little kink, I go see her right away. There's rarely ever a line, or waiting list, but that's probably cuz she's just building her business right now. So better go to her now, or the word will get around. Andale!

Dr. Ousley is the best chiropractor I've ever had. My favorite thing about her is how well she explains everything she's doing, why she's doing it and what's going on with my body. I never feel rushed when I'm there and she listens to my questions and answers them thoroughly. I have a lot of neck pain and she does an amazing, effective job in getting the kinks out and realigning me. I always leave there feeling physically functional, and well - aligned...like I'm ready to go out and run a triathlon or climb Mount Everest.

Dr. Ousley is amazing. I started seeing her after a car accident, and she save my life and back! She is very attentive and gentle with her treatments. I definitely would recommend her to anyone experiencing any pain.
