Creative, funny, awesome -- and I'm not just talking about the invitations I had Kaveh of Digital Socks design for me! He's just as kick-ass as a person as is his designs!
I had an invitation made for my grand ol' going-away/birthday party a while back, and it was a HIT! It was Hollywood-themed and a total throw back to the glamorous, golden age of film! I was going to do an Evite, but I didn't want some generic invitation someone else in America had! Not to mention I was short on time, so I couldn't go to a stationery store to get something ordered and printed!
Kaveh listened to what I wanted, worked with my budget, gave me several design choices and was very professional. I made a few changes, but otherwise I completely trusted his artistic judgment.
I highly recommend Digital Socks!! When I have my next big party, I'm definitely going to use them again!! :) -

I was in charge/volunteered to do a program/flyers/posters/tickets...for a special surf event. I didn't want all of the same layout, but rather a contineous theme. I got in over my head, especially since the surf was so good when I was supposed to be working on this. A friend of mine recommended her friend who she thought could help me. Regardless, thanks to DSD, they put out great work with alot heart, super open minded, creative, and flexible. Everyone was super impressed, thinking I'd done it alone, thank god for a budget. Helped us raise a ton of money for a great cause.

This is THE place to go for any design work you need. The owner is young and super-creative. Easy to work with, he really listens to you and everything always comes out better than you envisioned. He is super professional and works efficiently. I'm even having him design my wedding invitations!!!! Can't recommend him enough.
