When I called and asked if my Lexus Spa Package allowed me to exchange services for others that were of equal value, she became rude, defensive & condescending.  Not sure what the hell her problem was.  

I booked 2 separate appointments, on both occasions they were at least 30 minutes late, they offered SOME of the women a glass of water.  Unfortunately "Some" did not include me.  The services that were provided were errr, ok.  I had a massage and a hair cut.  

4 stars for the hair stylist & massage therapist;  were very kind.  
0 stars for the receptionist with the attitude.

I absolutely adore Ae Savatdy! She always makes me look abfab and I always walk out of their feeling stellar. Her specialty is color and let me tell you, she accels at it. I've never ever had a bad experience with her and even if I can't afford it right away, I will wait until I can instead of going somewhere else.

The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is because the girl who waxed my eyebrows overplucked the right one, bless her heart. Thank goodness for brow pencil.

I have mixed feelings about this Salon.  It all depends what you are going for, who is helping you and how much you think is appropriate for what you are getting done.

I got the worse hair dresser in the place, I swear.  The first time she did my hair she did a great job, but every time after that it got worse and she started charging me more.

Now there is a gal there who does awesome with massages and waxing!!  I can't remember her name, it's unique and she is a more mature lady.

I've also had my nails done there.

Be very picky who does your hair and I have a feeling the people on the right as you come in are the better hair dressers and charge more, just from what I have seen while waiting for my hair dresser to show up for our appointment (she was 15 minutes late)

This is a little random but I just called Diamantes to make an appt with Tiffany Hendry and was told she no longer works there. Does anyone know where she is working now? She's the only person I trust with my eyebrows and she gives great massages too. Diamantes really should have kept her. She was the only reason I went there.
