Denny painted our brand new condo. He did a fantastic job, and his prices were very reasonable. He's now our go-to maintenance guy. So far he has come over twice when we had small maintenance jobs (garbage disposal broke, an air filter needed to be changed). Again, reasonable prices. He's also a very nice and honest guy. He will bring you receipts for everything he purchases for you (ex. paint, parts) and he always has a smile on his face.
