This is my favorite place to get Salt Water Taffy. They have a wide selection of flavors that keeps the old favorites and adds a few new here and there throughout the years. Even though there are other shops on the Depot Bay strip, this one has always been the most friendly and given us the nicest quality of taffy. Highly recommended!

It is a rite of passage... before getting braces you need to have a little caramel binge before saying goodbye to that particular treat for a couple of years. And so it was for my oldest.
There are many candy shops along the coast. The local specialty is salt water taffy, but we really wanted good old fashioned caramel. We tried about five locations, including two others on the SAME BLOCK in Depoe Bay, until we finally found it here.
The store is a little hole-in-the-wall on the corner, but the employee was sweet. And boy was the caramel good. Now, on to the unpleasant part.
