So i got my glasses done according to the prescription. Tried them and was obviously wrong. So i went back and they could get me the following day. The same technician saw me and after a few minutes, realized what was wrong. He had my astigmatism 90 wrong. Yeah not good.
Anyway, he talked to the lady that makes the glasses and everything is settled. So this did not add any money to the all thing, but it did inconvenience. Quite. And my glasses will be ready in 7 to 10 days. I am waiting.
I do think this was just a mistake and happens once in a lifetime. I definitely recommend them and i am sending my husband there.
And this was good customer service.
