So just in case there is any confusion as to how awesome this place is I have a play by play of my second transaction with Dana at Denver Dent. Have you ever had one of those days where things are just flat out going awesome and then all of sudden you find yourself in the middle of a meth commercial? (Disclaimer, no meth, drugs of any kind, or booze were involved in this story but it would make more sense if they were)
After having nothing short of a really great day, I somehow managed to change that course by smashing my car into a poll, the only poll, in an entirely empty parking lot. (And no, I wasn't wearing a wife beater drifting with Vin Diesel in the passenger seat.)
The next morning I brought my car to Dana at Denver Dent and was greeted with laughter, and a "what the hell did you do?" For a ridiculously low price Dana used his connections to find a body mechanic, personally order the replacement parts needed at cost, and got my car looking as if it wasn't stolen by Halle Berry.
All this was accomplished in less than five days, for a very cheap price, and frankly Dana (the owner) is just flat out, a really great person to work with.

i dont see why you erased your comment towards me you should of left it for everyone to see,
Dana is this any way to treat customers? this is what I'm talking about someone tries to talk to you and all you do is defend yourself just because someone else did a better Job on my car than you doesn't give you the right to be defensive about it! this is why I will never go back to Denver dent! people write bad reviews in other places yet you don't see the owners write back to them with such absurd accusations how about you take my review as an advice on how to improve your service and grow up1 Previous Review: Show all »

after purchasing a zowzee deal for this company, they are NO WHERE to be found in Denver and they don't return your phone calls!!! SUCKS

Had been nagging my wife to head here based on other reviews since we reloed from Ca. We both bought new cars before the move to be ready for Boulder weather. It should be noted that I am overly picky and I just wanted her A4 to be perfect and black (as you know) needs diligent upkeep to look top shape.
Anyway, Dana offered her a discount immediately because she had to wait more than a few minutes for service (huh?). Then after he finished he wouldn't take her money because it "wasn't perfect". There were several small dings (roof, door, rear pass fender) and I thought they were perfect when I came home to inspect the job. Before she told me the story I assumed it was about +300 or so worth of work (from Ca remember). Then it gets better. I also had an appointment the following day with near the same result. Small ding on the roof of my RDX that I think the dealer gave me during a servicing. Shopped for an hour and when we came back I had to again force this guy to take my money. He said it was inaccessible to make perfect so he did some "glue pulls" which "didn't take him very long". But again, as admitted perfectionist SOB I thought the work was phenomenal. Car looked perfect. And I had to force this guy to take 40 bucks which he instantly split with his helper.
Maybe I have a low expectation coming from Bay Area - the international capitol of bad service - but Dana cleared three or four significant dings for 40 bucks in all and I had to force him to take that. I can't speak enough about the quality of his work and the integrity with which he runs his business. I am still quite shocked about the whole experience because I would have paid at least 400 - 500 for the work he did on both cars. I actually feel better knowing he is there because I am sure I will need his services again from time to time as those pesky dings are hard for the wife to avoid. Highest recommendation for this outfit, what more could I ask for.
