Denny's

My husband and I had a wonderful morning at Dennys, largely due to "Glorious Gloria" (as my husband described her.) She was very attentive, personable, professional and just so kind. The food was awesome, as always. But having someone exceptional like Gloria helping us ..... well, we just had to write a review. We're from out of state, otherwise mornings with Gloria at Dennys would be a regular! Off to a great day!!!

Wow I totally fell in love with the aesthetic of this particular Dennys. The outside was unlike any other I have been too. A really classic diner feel.
The manager was literally the sweetest person ever! Omg she was constantly checking to see if I was good and she was very pretty. My server was pretty awesome too (i wish I could remember their names!). She made em a custom smoothie (not on the menu) that tasted great! I also got pancake puppies and tried their new skillet which was very good. I got the bourbon chicken glazed one with the side of tortilla and it was *chefs kiss*. They are revamping their menus because I even saw they have a social media influencer menu!

Worst experience ever!
We had waited over almost 2 hours for our food and once we got the food it was not fresh and the our whole order was messed up once we received it. We got NO refills on any of the drinks . And the manager just went into the office to hide and the only time she came out was to smoke a cigarette and then got in the car and left the store at there busiest time. I will never come back here and obviously they need leadership training because I don't think hiding in the office and taking smoke brakes is in the job description. DONT COME HERE!

I like the food that I ordered but the service took really long. Also the hash browns looks kinda dry.

I am surprised that this Denny's is still open. Every time I go, it is nearly empty, even at the popular weeked lunch hour. But there is an explanation. It's bad. It's all bad. The service is spotty, by untrained bored employees; the food is sloppily thrown together and of mediocre quality. And a simple breakfast of eggs and bacon should not cost $23 with drink and tip.

We came in to Dennys with our mobility scooters for some breakfast. The waitress/manager with the blond hair snarled at us saying "I'll be right with you" in a tone that sounded irritated almost as if were inconvenienced her. Never been greeted that way. We asked for a booth which usually at other places we get placed in the back or in a corner so our scooter is not in the way but we were told very curtly "No you can't, fire code" and believe me I get it, but with the attitude we were told it came over very curt. We both ordered the lumberjack breakfast with a side of hollandaise. After the order was passed through, we overheard the kitchen say "I'm not making that" only to be told seconds later that they don't have HOLLANDAISE when the menu had eggs Benedict on it. Hmm The entire time we were eating we could hear the employees complaining about how it sucks to work there and how they wished they would be home for Christmas and about basting a Turkey with illegal drugs. The blonde waitress/mgr was saying how someone didn't cover her shift and she shouldn't be there. I mean I understand if your not happy about your job, but I don't need to hear it. And especially not that loud. And then the guys proceeded to talk about a 3 second rule when dropping food. Ok so the food I just ate, should I worry? The music didn't start playing until we were half way through eating. We were never checked on to see if we needed a refill. I've been to so many Dennys in my life and this is the worst experience by a landslide!!! And I love Denny's. Deplorable for sure. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place if my life depended on it. I gave a 1 star out of courtesy but it wasn't deserved.

Walked in Thanksgiving morning around 10:40 they were 4 tables 2 with food 2 without tall blond hair lady server sat us immediately took our drink order I had unsweetened tea and wife watershe brings the drinks immediately. We sat there for 15 minutes the server was on and off her phone then she brings food the the table next to us they tell her that their food was cold the hash browns still frozen we decided to leave

Came here for breakfast before work. Walked in and got sat immediately took a few minutes for our drinks order to be taken and brought to us. When we we're finally able to place our order we waited for over 30 minutes and when we asked how much longer our food would be we were told they were short staffed and they would try to see how much longer for the food. We were there for almost an hour and had to leave for work before our food came and they didn't have anything even close to ready. We left very upset by the experience.

Great customer service and the food was above par. Bacon was undercooked and flimsy, but other than that it was great. Lady with the blonde hair was not here.
