Denny's

So here it my update on Dennys
So it starts, we were told to sit ourselves. No problem ! We get our breakfast served and one of our orders is missing eggs and toast. Within 10 mins the eggs arrive. With only two waitress working we have to wait to flag ours done to advise her we are still missing the toast. We had to ask for refills on coffee and yet never received the milk, anyhow delay. So is the food food yes BUT the customer service is horrible ! Maybe it was because Sophie seem to be overwhelmed with to many tables .
Sad to say I have been disappointed once again !


Tamin was very sweet at the register and helpful with how to download an app but the overall service doesn't make coming back worth it !

I had the polar opposite of the experience that a lot of the negative reviews.

My waitress Alicia could not have been more attentive or accommodating without hovering over our table.

There was no wait time as we came here on a Sunday morning at around 10am even with a party of six.

She was quick on the drinks, gave us just the right time for the menus choices and made sure all of our coffees were hot and fresh.

The only complaint I have is that the carpeting looks kind of gross and they need to do a better job of cleaning the menus.

Otherwise food was great and the wait staff was great.

The place could use more staff to be a little bit cleaner. The waitresses were nice. It was kind of weird that they were cleaning the floor and serving us food as. The menus were dirty from stains that other customers made.
The meat lover's omelette was very good. My hash Browns were overcooked but my friend's hash Browns were fine so it depends on the luck of the draw. The best part of the omelette is the prime rib so I would recommend that alone. It was cooked very well with a soft texture. The egg was a little too thick for my taste.

Kinda beat up Denny's but the more than friendly staff make up for it. The parking in front is a bit weird too, but there is additional parking behind.

Tasty food, decently fast service.

I love Denny's.....but after today I will not be returning to this location..this place is over due for a health inspection.........there were only 3 other tables occupied and when we received our order our food was cold . unfortunately Yelp requires a star rating in order to post...but trust me there is nothing shining bright about this location

Denny's has become our "when I'm not in the mood to cook and don't want to spend alot for dinner" go to place. I agree it may not be the cleanest place to eat, ripped upholstery, patrons who don't think twice about having there little ones run up and down the dining area, etc. ...... but, putting that all aside, it's damn cheap, very nice, friendly and accommodating staff, big portions and the food is pretty good - that I've returned several times!!

I've mainly ordered the burgers - for $6, you get a nice size burger (lettuce, tomato, pickles) I have yet to finish with big serving of french fries or onion rings. For $4, you can get 2 very fluffy pancakes and unlimited coffee. And, if you have the AARP card, you get an additional 20% off your check.

Tuesdays, kids always eat free and they have a balloon girl from a local Magic Shop who makes the most amazing balloon figures I have ever seen. I like this Denny's and I know I'll keep going back and sit in my booth with the ripped cushions. Did I mention the Warm Apple Crisp, with the scoop of vanilla ice cream and dribbles of Caramel?? It's absolutely delicious!!

If you have never been to a Denny's before and have nothing to compare this to, this place might be decent. Having been to many Denny's in many different areas, this one is mediocre at best. The servers are aloof, the food is generic and the restaurant dingy. The only appeal this restaurant has is it's hours (24/7) but I know a handful of local diners that put this place to shame.

Went here with my family; we've been waiting a very long time for a Denny's on long island. We only eat at Denny's for breakfast when we travel out of state, but we've always enjoyed their breakfast meals.

This Denny's is nice. It's clean, has a friendly stuff, and the food tastes great. Recommended!

After the Denny's spree I went on in California, the boyfriend was craving another visit so we came here from Queens. Both of us took advantage of the cheapie menu - I ordered a chicken cordon bleu melt and he ordered the mac-n-cheese patty melt. While they were both downright tasty, what I didn't like was how sweet the bread was, especially for his. It was like a sandwich on french toast.

Sounds delicious in theory but was a heart attack waiting to happen!!

Place was too air conditioned, too, so bring a sweater if you get cold easily!

I suggest you go to ihop. It is sad because the customer service here is actually pretty good. I don't like that they didn't give us a pot of coffee. We have to order by the cup it is rather annoying. The food is cheap which is a plus but I will always love ihop.
