Very efficient and thorough. Really listens to your complaints/issues and addresses them properly. Explains things in a very easy to understand manner. Office staff is very professional as well.
Very no-nonsense, East Coast sort of doctor. She is very nice, efficient, and on-time. I was getting over a sinus infection and mentioned to her assistant that I was having my wisdom teeth removed the next week. He had Dr. Smart call me personally that evening to explain why I should reschedule oral surgery until I knew I was infection-free. I did, and I'm so glad. I've put off getting sinus surgery because life is too busy this year, but hope to go back to her in a year or so.
