Del'sTire Company

Had a flat and was worried that there wouldn't be anyone open to help me out. We called Del's and they assured they would be open and ready to help me. The gentleman who helped us out was kind and a good job. The process was easy and little did we know it we were on our way.

Seems like customer service has gone downhill now that the business is established. I showed up 20 min early for appointment and asked if they could get me in. I stated if they couldn't get me in I would gladly return at my scheduled appointment time. Instead i was lied to about they should get me in. It was only when the owner showed up that they started the work of mounting my tires.

Had some tire issues so I had to choose the closest tire company. Decided to check out dels. Not only is their staff friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate me even though they were minutes from closing. I feel bad for not remembering the mans name that helped with my tire (long hair), but he was extremely helpful and kind during a stressful time. Thanks again for getting me back on the road

No 1 just n town had my tire in stock. They ordered it and had the item in by 10am. And I was still n and out in no time. Thank you for the good service!

Got stranded due to electrical problem in my vehicle and was recommended this shop by the tow guy. Great service, fair price, great people.

I have had tires repaired, roadside service, new tires and front end repairs here - they are the best! Greta service at fair prices. Morgan, Justin and the entire team are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Young Lady at service desk was friendly and professional. Service technician who repaired our tire was efficient and had us on our way in 15 minutes. He had a pleasant smile too!

After numerous calls to get a tire fixed on our motorhome, we finally found Del's Tire. The techs immediately began work upon our arrival and quickly found a leaky valve stem, which was promptly replaced. We were back on the road in about an hour.

I was a bit surprised to learn that many truck stops won't work on RV truck tires despite the fact the tires are exactly the same as those on semi trucks and trailers.

On a Sunday, we got a flat in Tombstone, with still 150 miles to Gilbert. With grandbabies in the car, I did not want to chance that drive on a temporary. First though, big name places were either closed or closing and either too far away or did not have the necessary tire size.

So, on a Sunday afternoon, 20 minutes before their scheduled closing time, we limp into Del's Tire Company on a spare (with the other tire ready to die, too).

James was our hero! Super Fast! Super Quality! I was ready to pay through the nose! Turns out, I paid less than in the valley!?!

Plus, seriously, you have to watch James work.
He moves like Nascar pit crew. On the road again in less than 43 minutes total turn around time.
And...the grand babies slept through the whole thing. He's a car whisperer!

I suggested Del's should out the wall between lobby & service, put up a window to create a viewing theater. Folks could get a drink & some popcorn and just watch in amazement while James does his thing.

Thank you Del's Tires and specifically a huge "Thank You!" to James for being so polite, professional, personable, and whatever other excellent P words there are to describe the 5-star treatment you gave us weary travelers.

They don't want to work . Everytime I go there they turn away work . No one wants to work anymore
