I've been a client at Definitions for several years now. I am so much more comfortable working out here than at a regular gym. It's small, yes, but the number of clients is small. There's a nice mix of regular folk and really fit people. There are older clients, and even a few young ones. Nobody stands out.
You can only work out here if you have a trainer that is affiliated with Definitions. I see my trainer several times a week, but I can come back when he's not here and use the cardio equipment, which I often do. This is a nice extra perk. There is also space for stretching and yoga, which I can do on my own as well.

If you have thought about getting a personal trainer, and Georgetown is convenient to you, come by Definitions and have a talk with Earl, the owner. He'll hook you up with a good trainer.
