The doctor is fine but the front desk staff is very incompetent. There was a time when there was more personal touch to this doctor's practice but the novice staff can be rude to long-term patients and the doctor is too busy to return call of her patients.

After working with this doctor for three years, I decided to switch because I called three days in a row and they would not allow me to speak with the doctor. I wanted to update her on my health condition as reviewed by my specialist and she would not return my call. She had ordered blood-works and other tests for me and I wanted her to share it with the specialist ASAP--but the front desk staff (Rhea) would neither take down my detailed message not allow me to speak with the doctor. That is after the fact that she is my "pcp"...the last thing I want is a "super busy" PCP and "super attituded" front desk staff at the PCP's office.
