I recently worked with Debi to sell my studio at 1001 Pine St.  Debi was a great pleasure to work with.   All of her advice, from beginning to end, was spot on - which resulted in the speedy sale of my condo (only on the market for about 14 days) for the right price.  I highly recommend working with Debi as she is practical, efficient, pro-active and extremely easy to communicate with.  I could not image working with anyone better than Debi!

Debi was my agent in buying my first condo this spring.  I met her while visiting open houses on my own in September, and was impressed by her knowledge in the real estate market, tenacity, and quick follow-through.  She was a great agent for a first-time buyer like myself and never made me feel like i was asking a dumb question.  She also referred me to several other helpful professionals - mortgage brokers, lawyers, and homeowners insurance agents.  
I definitely could not have gone through the buying process without her.  I ended up with the apartment of my dreams, and even though the process itself was extremely stressful, I felt comfortable relying on Debi each step of the way.  I definitely felt that she represented me well with the seller and her agent, and followed through on every detail.  I would recommend her to anyone, especially first-time buyers!
