What a guy. As a Realtor you want to know a lender who loans his/her stuff and Dean Rizzi fits the bill. When I have questions, Dean has answers. I have many Realtor friends that use his services as well. Thanks Dean, You're a real champ!
Dean Rizzi pulled off the impossible for us several years ago when we bought our first place (0% down on a live/work loft) - no one could believe it! It was just unheard of that those loans could happen - but he had no trouble with it and the loan wasn't an outrageous rate either. A few years later we re-fianced and again, the process was smooth and simple with Dean and his team.
When we bought into a TIC, another broker was used and I regret not insisting they use Dean. Our process dragged out for six months and was a huge mess.
