We stayed at the Days Inn because the Father-In-Law booked at the last minute and he wanted 5 rooms for 10 ppl. So we paid too much for just not the greatest rooms.
Hubby and I got a corner room #40 which I thought was ok. Two double beds, an A/C machine, small bathroom with sink & shower, cheap towels, bar soaps, shampoo, hair dryer, heat lamp. Toilet was a low flusher though which is not good.
Continental breakfast the next morning was: yogurt cups w/ tiny amount of fruit cocktail in a separate container, individual wrapped danishes - the cheap stuff, and some fruity breakfast bars. Coffee, tea bags, and oj available from 7am-10am..though we were there at 7am and the Lobby was Closed! Checked back at 7:30am then someone came out w/ the food in her PJs!!
Swimming pool & hot tub available outside. Vending machines in an area outside.

Well it was only one day, one night in Tahoe. So i guess it wasn't that bad. I guess it's just the feeling of being so open to the public, where the window is right next to the bed and you can hear people outside and cars driving by so late at night. It's a little too close to comfort for me. Sorry to sound so spoiled and particular, but i prefer the traditional hotel:] i mean, there's just no comparison. I also feel alot safer if i stay at a hotel because it's closed up and more private, i guess. Well other than that comfort issue, the beds were kind of comfy. i like the pillows! haha. the tv channels weren't bad, and the bathroom was decent. Remember, it was only one day....so it could've been much worse if my stay was longer!
