You get what you pay for.... the room was cheap and everything about this place reflected that: uncomfortable beds, bare minimum amenities, etc. The neighborhood isn't the best and we definitely brought our bikes into our room for the night (valuables left in plain sight overnight = no valuables in the morning). The "continental breakfast" consisted of toast/pastries/oatmeal/cereal/fruit but was actually all we needed before heading to Lake San Antonio to do a warm up of the Wildflower course. An ok place if all your looking for is a roof over your head for the night.

No stars! I contacted Kinmg City Days Inn to check on stated dog friendly status and the person i spoke with on the phone was rude and nasty aufriendly and unwelcoming. He said he didn't believe me when Isaid my dog was an exerienced visitor to motels, clean and quiet and crated. He said people say their dogs are good and they are not and he didn't want my dog there. I wrote a complaint to Wyndham corporation, but I have had no response. i will not stay in any of the motels that belong to that corporation.

Stayed in this motel a couple of weeks ago since my team and I went down for a practice for the Wildflower Triathlon as a relay team....
Let's just say one of those motels where the owners keep a look out from the office window (we drove in around 1115P) and count the heads of all the people in your vehicle when you park or make sure your car has a dark tint! I'm so serious!
Our room was originally $74.99 but with the 2 extra people we paid an extra $20.00. Totally not worth it for the room. It's not like we tried packing 10 people in a room,! We were a party of 5 adults in our 30s. The owners actually watched us unpack our car to make sure there was only 5 of us. It made us feel like convicted criminals (even after we paid the extra $20 at check in).
We'll stay at the Best Western across the street next time....since we encountered the following:
Heater/AC didn't work very well.
No tissue in the room.
Weak Flushing toilet
Room had an odor
Skip this one.
