Days Inn Bridgeview
1 review for Days Inn Bridgeview
I knew we needed a place to stay. We were planning a night out with old friends, and knew a.) we wouldn't want to drive all the way back home and b.) would be in no condition to drive home. Well, in this general area, there are maybe two hotel choices: This place, and the four hour nap/take your hooker motel. Chose the Exel Inn instead. I booked a room on-line directly from their website, ($78 for one night) which was simple enough. I knew when we got there (that was our starting point, we dumped the car their and taxied elsewhere) that I was not to expect the lap of luxury. But come on now, the bed was fitted with a rubber sheet, and then covered in a plastic coating! It was the most uncomfortable thing in the world! It literally felt crunchy, as if I was sleeping on a mattress made of stale Corn Flakes. When we were checking out, the pleasant clerk asked how was our stay. Too hung over and with killer backaches, we just mumbled some incoherent reply. I guess the location is convenient to the expressway, but besides that, not much would ever get me to stay here again of my own free will.
