I boarded my dog here for 5 days\4 nights a few weeks ago. I like if it's a week day, doggy day care is included in the boarding cost, so your pup gets alot of socializing and play with other dogs during the day.
On the weekends, the dogs get 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon\evening for outside\play time. $40/night gets your dog the deluxe suite with a futon in a good sized room.
My only issue is that my dog needed more exercise time on Sat\Sunday than the 4 hours allotted. She's a puppy and a very active dog anyway, so she caused a little damage to the room. They were good about it though, and only charged me the replacement (ended up only being about $30). Also, the webcam is only Mon-Fri, during the doggy day care hours, only in the doggy day care rooms. You can call and check in on your pup though, if you need to.
The people here are very professional and nice, and most importantly, they clearly love dogs. I'm definitely a fan!1 Previous Review: Show all »

According to their website, K-9 Lounge is "where the hip dogs hang" and it definitely seems that way by the setup of the interior and exterior of this doggie daycare and boarding establishment. K-9 Lounge is another one of those doggie daycare places that serves as a god send to many dog owners who are not home during the day and dread leaving their pup alone or in a crate for 9 plus hours at a time.
Unlike most boarding places and vets, K-9 Lounge keeps your dog active all day long by playing outside as well as inside with some rest time in between. By the time you pick your pup s/he's just as tired as you are, which works out well in the end. In addition to daycare, you also get your pet groomed, trained and boarded overnight here. The prices are cheaper here than any other doggie daycare I've been to in the area. You can choose to pay by the day which is $24 or buy a pass. If you buy a 20 day pass for $320 it ends up being only $16 per day. Not bad at all!
While this service is clearly a luxury and not a necessity, I find it to be very useful when I leave my house early in the morning and don't get back in until late at night. It's unfair to leave my dog crated up all day. If you can afford to indulge in this service for the sake of your pet I say do it! -

Finding somewhere to store Fido while you're at work to avoid coming home to a chewed up couch and doggie doo can be difficult. But here in downtown Orlando we've found a solution. K-9 Lounge is a doggy day care center right on Robinson that will keep your pet for a few hours or days depending on how long you'll be gone. Inside you'll find a counter where a friendly receptionist greets you and your pooch. K-9 has an area for small dogs and two larger dog areas as well as a few single rooms for pups that need or want their privacy. There is also an outside area for playing and using the facilities. The employees at K-9 are super nice and seem to really care about the animals. And the coolest part is they have a 24 hour web cam so you can watch your precious while you are at work or wherever you may have a web browser to ensure he is getting the same level of care he would at home. K-9 Lounge really is where the hip dogs hang as their catch phrase states and its where the hip doggy parents can rest assured their pet is given the star treatment.
