Ehhh not impressed by there service. A place full of those forced-fake smiles.
At first, I was forced into this place because my cousin wanted her bride's dress from here so all the brides maid's, including myself, kinda gave in and just decided to get our dresses from here too. There was a young girl there helping us out making decisions. She was good; very friendly. She didn't push us into buying anything, she seemed genuine and kind. I wasn't too happy with the choices but that wasn't her fault. That's another thing. The choices...
Not too many choices. Very blah prom dresses you can get MUCH CHEAPER at the crappy Hialeah boutique down the street...
Months later the wedding is canceled, they told us from the beginning there are no refunds. Kinda bugged me but I understand they have to take care of their business. So I march right back in there to get my crappy exchange and uuuggghhh another mission...how annoying. My exchange ran smoothly. I found a dress I can wear out to a party a club or whatever but my little sister had a hard time. When she finally makes her decision we find out she can't take it out. Thing is she is only 14 and she has no photo ID. Ummm they didn't ask anyone for ID when we bought it???? What a mission! After all the back and forth battle the manager finally "decides" to confirm the address from the receipt. Why couldn't they do that from the beginning??? I got a lot of eye rolling, and back talking. Very, very rude. What's the point of wearing those suits, and pretending to be so poised when you are going to treat your customers like crap? Never again.
