WOW...the ladies that work here are so incredibly rude! The only time I give a place 1 star is if the service was absolutely uncalled for! While in B'ham for the weekend, my friend and I came here so she could get her wedding dress pressed (she also bought the dress from here, but of course at that time, they were very friendly.....commission, duh). Anyway, when we walked in, no one spoke. We then hear someone holler from across the store, "Can I help you?". My friend said she needed to get her dress cleaned and pressed. "WHAT?!?" the loud heavy southern accent screamed, still not emerging from whatever hole she was in. My friend repeated herself and was then told to "go to the back". When we walked back there two girls were standing there looking confused and slightly annoyed that we had just walked back there. Once again, my friend told them what she needed done. One asked the other, "do you have time to do this right now?" to which the other replied, "I guess, but what'er you have to do?". My friend asked if there was a problem....they said no, took the dress, and asked when she needed it by. She told them, and at the same time asked for their corporate number. Their WHOLE attitudes changed after that. I've never been to another D.B. before and I hope they all do not employee people like the one's here. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy...actually, I would.
