David did my hair for my wedding and he has also done color for me as well. He is great at both. One thing he is really great at is figuring out what you want, and working patiently with you until you find it. When figuring out a hairstyle for my wedding, I really wasn't sure what I wanted to do-up? down? curls? straight? He has a lot of experience in this area, so he asked about my dress, and brought up things I never would have thought to consider. We tried a couple different looks but nothing settled but he was totally patient the whole time. We finally found something that worked perfectly.
It is a little hard to find, across from a cemetery....last time I went there was no sign or anything out front, I think it is supposed to be like that on purpose.
On the day of my wedding, he brought another 2 hairdressers and also arranged for my makeup. Most of my bridesmaids and my mother and mother-in-law got their hair done and everyone was happy.
David is also great with color. He is very up on the newest techniques and trends which is nice-since I have no idea what they are! I might want my hair to look like Gisele's hair, but he can tell me if that is realistic and exactly the cut and color she got in that photo and what we need to do to get there.
When you are with David, you get a feeling that you are on the same team together, working toward a common goal which is nice. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a good place to go in napa, or who is getting married anywhere in the Napa region.
