raging wednesdays! my classmates and i would come here every wednesday after class during happy hour.

every wednesday is half off wednesday. their games are all alf off including the pool tables and shuffle board.

it's a fun place to get drunk and play games but i'm not too fond of their food.

certain places you walk have a really stinky smell.

i wish they would improve on their happy hour and it also sucks that they close so early, even on the weekends. i heard it was because their liquor license was almost taken

This is only the 2nd time i have been here.   It is quite a different place and i am sure it is very good for kids. I think they would really love it.                                                  First of all the place is huge!  There is a very extensive menu to go along with that!    There are like 3 different areas for you to sit and hang out.  it is like a Chuckie Cheese for all age groups.        I was seated right away in the quietest part of the restaurant.                                           I ordered Chicken tortilla soup it was very think and quite good. The server asked me if i wanted bread or crackers but i declined.       For the main meal i got Buffalo Chix sandwich and upgraded to sweet potato fries.                                                            I also ordered tea, all they have is plain Tea, not green or anything but she did bring me a 2nd one at no additional cost.  The place was packed every section. It was a Monday early afternoon as well. Guess the $$$ problems are not as bad in Ontario.  It was nice and i would go back. The Manager even came to the table and introduced himself in a very nice way, and thanked me for coming in.                       Very loud in the other area of the restaurant, but hey, kids are loud when they are having fun!  I woulds go back, it was good. Reasonable prices as well.                                                                       Lots of parking in the lot and good for a lot of people.

I am not sure if the food is worth the money because every time I have been to a D&B's has been for my birthday, so I never pay but I don't remember the meals being anything other than mundane. My real love of the place is the quality and quantity of arcade games they have. With arcades now a days all but extinct, I love that I can still find Ms. Pac Man / Galaga, House of the Dead 2 and air hockey. Now if they only had Area 51 and House of the Dead 1 I would be in gaming heaven. I would frequent D&B's more often but the price per game kills me. 3.5 credits for some ghost chasing, pellet chomping fun ?! My most recent visit was only because I had a $10 coupon for my birthday and was in the area. I enjoyed the fact that there were no annoying teenagers roaming about and that I wasn't told to ditch my In and Out soda before heading into the Midway. I might just start going in the middle of the day to enjoy some solo gaming time in peace and quiet.

Came in at 3:30pm on a Wednesday, wasn't busy and was seated right away by Jose who was also our server. The overall cleanliness was ok, some cob webb's on the light fixtures and some dust collecting as well on the lamp tops. Jose took our drink order and returned to take our order. I ordered the 'Boss Chicken Sandwich' which was awesome, chicken was thin cut and grilled just right, bacon was perfect and crisp, guacamole was freshly made, and the combination of cheese on the whole wheat bun was outstanding. The portion of fries was on the small side but no big deal. My wife's 'Buffalo Chicken Wing Salad' was also very good. She ordered blue cheese dressing but it was served with ranch by mistake. Turned out to be ok as there was a lot of blue cheese crumbles that would have been overwhelming with blue cheese dressing. A little on the pricey side, but overall it was a great experience. We will be back.

Until recently, there was nothing like Dave and Busters where I am from. So any time I was in SoCal, I would make my husband bring me here.

So we decided to make a stop by on our way to visit a friend. We had a coupon for $10 and free game play. So we went to the counter to use it, only to be told we couldn't because it was half price wednesday. We were kinda bummed, especially given that we don't live in the area.

So then we went and put money on our card. We headed toward the games, only to find out that half the games in the place were turned off. No signs anywhere saying why, so we had to hunt down someone on the staff to find out what was going on.

Apparently, they were changing the carpets and stuff would be turned off all day. All that was open was the games to win tickets, which was not what we were there for. So we went to the counter to ask for a refund, and the same guy who told us we couldn't use our coupon also told us that they don't give refunds.

So my husband and I spent an hour blowing thru the $25 we had put on the card. I was so angry I couldn't even enjoy myself. I just couldn't believe they would have half of the games turned off, no signs anywhere to let people know, and refuse a refund to someone who spent the money to be able to play ALL of their games.

After all that, not sure I'd go back. Especially since there are other options in the mall.

Located oddly at a mall, D&B is intelligently situated among a popular destination for shoppers. We entered thru the parking lot entrance and it was quite confusing to locate the gaming area as the resturant and bars are at first glance and the games are in the back. There are two bars located in the restaurant and in the gaming section. The gaming section is spread out and a bar splits the games from the tickets and the arcade. The layout for this D&B appeared to be unorganized. The entertainment areas with pool tables and tvs appeared to be comforting. We spoke with the front desk where customer service was lacking. She was quick to respond and made us feel like we were being pushed aside. It was 1/2 Wednesdays but most of the games were 5.0 in credit so it didn't seem like all the games were "1/2" the normal credit.  After gaming, we decided to eat at the restaurant and the food choices and prices resembled Bj resturant. We ordered a half rack of ribs, bbq chicken, onion and fries which turned out great! Ribs and chicken were tender but needed more sauce for flavoring. Overall, surprisingly tasty. Downfall, it took about 15 mins until we received our meals and the server rarely check in on us as we had to continue to call for him. Go for the games but dismiss the resturant unless you don't care about fast service.

In writing this review, I can't help but compare this location with the branch at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall.

Arrived into D&B on a Friday afternoon. The place wasn't very busy... which is how I tend to like things.

I prefer the arcades and other electronic wonderments at this location. Way more enjoyable here than the Arcadia location.

The highlight: My brother and I rode on this 2-minute 4D ride, which mimics riding in one of 6 different scenarios (I selected one that reminded me of F-Zero and Star Wars Episode I mooshed together). There are two fans built into the sides that mimic wind speed, and the seats vibrate and shift to simulate movement. It was fun, though it costs 16 chips (which, if you were to calculate based off of adding $20 onto the Power Card, is a little over $3).

The prize redemption area has different prizes from their Arcadia counterpart. Whether you see that as good or bad is up to you. I ended up getting a "Patrick the Starfish" plushie (1050 tickets) that was dressed as a court jester, as well as a small "Domo" plushie (700 tickets).

While I was putting the tickets onto my Power Card, I was informed at the counter that they are currently collecting donations for Autism Speaks (http://www.autismspeak...) until April 24th. Donate a dollar or more, and you get a coupon for either "$5 game play with purchase of $10 game play" or "free appetizer with purchase of entrée".

I can't comment about the food, as I've never eaten at the Ontario location. I tend not to place too much expectations on this franchise when it comes to their dining experience. Not that the food stinks, but nothing special. If you do decide to eat at D&B, might as well get the "Eat & Play combo".

A great place to entertain yourself and pass by the time at the outlet mall. It's not a 5 star simply because it's more expensive than I would prefer.

Fun place if you don't have to pay the bill! Had the Goldfingers and Oanh ordered a bunch of other food for her kids. I really liked the pink lemonade, the spagetti looked good, even the chicken and shrimp pasta as well. The sweet potato fries are really great too.

They had the usual stuff at the games section and I think I'm just getting better and better at the claw machine game. It's to the point now where I think that's the only game I want to play just for some of the prizes. The last time I was at Dave and Busters some four years ago, I got a San Diego Padres basketball from the claw machine and enjoyed it so much that I had to look at what the big claw machine here had. I managed to get a Dave & Buster's bouncy ball for Oanh's kids after five attempts, four of which were to try and get a Lakers basketball. I don't even like the Lakers. The claw machine is difficult though.

Of course, when I tried the smaller claw machine later, I got a miniature bear with a Lakers hoodie that Lizzie eventually took as her own. That was significant because it was a 2-for-1 double prize, as the Lakers bear knocked off a stuffed dalmation that was hanging off the ledge.

Personally, I don't even care for the games that spit out tickets anymore. Stuff like the claw machines or air hockey tables are much more appealing to me.

So I've been here twice this month, so I think it's time to review. The food is good, the play & eat deal is the best & my kids (aged 1 & 2) love it! There may not be enough games that are age appropriate, but it's nice to let them run around & be noisy without it being a nuisance. Plus it makes for a long nap or easy bedtime later on!

The food: love it! I'm on a mini kick, so on my first visit I had the mini burgers on Hawaiian bread. The bread is what makes it great, but it could use something like bacon or an onion ring for more flavor. The second time I went (last week) I had the Bar Chicks = amazing! They were much bigger than the beef sliders (meat portion) & were full of flavor. They are pretty much chicken strips dipped in buffalo sauce topped off with lettuce, tomato & ranch on a delicious type of bread. I would def choose the bar chicks over the sliders any day. The fries are always yummy too, but I tend to stay away from them even if they are on my plate.

I know this place will always be a great place for my family to come to & have a good time. We actually attended a birthday party there today, the servers were very helpful, & they even cut the cake & served us our ice-cream. The party was at 11 on a Sat & I would definitely recommend bringing the little ones around this time when it's not crowded at all.

A good place to come and have some adult fun.  If planning on bringing the kids, be aware that this establishment has a policy of not allowing kids to wander alone. They must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. Even your teens! I do bring my daughters here when I only want a cocktail or a beer with my food, but other wide the kiddies stay home (sorry girls). A truly fun environment that had billiards and a variety of video gaming options.

The adult Chuck E. Cheese. Their food is ok. It's about the same level as Appleby's--nothing to write home about. If the food happens to be bad that day, you could always wash it down with a nice cold one. There are two full bars at this D&B.

I usually don't go to a D&B for food but for the games. They have a good amount of games that can accommodate several players so you can play with friends or just beat up strangers.  Before they remodeled the prize area, they used to have a lot more stuffed animals on display. For awhile, they had the Animaniac's Pinky and The Brain stuffed animals. My typical visit would usually go like this:

*I walk up to the counter and point at the stuffed animals*

Me: Hi, do you have any Brains today?

Reply: Uhh, let me check the back room.

    Reply: No, no Brains.

Me: Aww you have no Brains?? When are you getting a Brain?

Reply: Try and check back later. We should have some in.

Hehehe...me and my friends always had a good laugh. Oh, I did finally get The Brain so Pinky is not so lonely now.

I don't really play games because they are quite expensive, but huge gaming area if that's your thing.  For me, I just come here to take a break from following my wife shopping for hours.  Thank God for beer in a mall!

The food was so memorable, I can't remember what I ate. At least I was able to get Pyramid Hef on tap, so that helped. Maybe that's why I can't remember what I ate.

I'm not going to bitch about the noise level, because that's what to expect at a stupid place like this.

Many of the shooting type arcade games - the gun is broken and doesn't aim right.  Each play is over a dollar which is a complete ripoff (it's based off a point system, but the way the money-point conversion works out, it's over a dollar).  The only reason for 3 stars is because I received $20 in free play.  However, I definitely would not pay to play here.

Food is blah... not all that.

Went there with friends from work, was asked to change my shirt or zip up my jacket due to a drawing of a gun on my shirt... Like really thats pretty lame. when playing pool they have a limit of how many drinks one person can order at a time. i believe it was one drink at a time or u can do a shot and drink but shot has to be taken before they can give u your other drink...

Didnt enjoy getting treated like a little kid with the whole drink BS, but pool was fun games are chill and the waitress was not too bad even tho we had to flag her down every time we needed something .

so three stars just cause i was there with good company.

    Its decent overall.

The games (like almost any arcade) are a complete rip off.

The eat and play combo price has gone up dollar by dollar quite a bit since it was originally launched.

Still I do like some of their food options they have in the combo deal cheese steak/chicken/pasta etc.

Encountered a complete nightmare when I went here. Tried going here for my wife's birthday the other day. I say tried because Dave and Busters does not accept Permanent Residence Cards. Could they be against Canadians who have immigrated? Possible but not probable. The reality is the Dave and Busters doesn't trust any form of identification that isn't commonplace. Which is strange and paranoid.

Multiple employees had different reasons even. One explained that "any place around here will take this, we can't. We have a liquor license to protect." Another employee claimed it was because a Permanent Residence card doesn't have a description. Because obviously no one can alter their hair color or eye color. It sort of seems that Dave and Busters doesn't trust it's customer, and assumes that everyone is just waiting to pull one over on Dave and Busters. The manager said it was Dave and Busters policy, and claimed it was on the sign when you come in. Which we read over before we entered and didn't see anything listing every form of ID they accept and cannot accept.

My wife and I left and realized that the game card that was just bought should be refunded. When my wife went to the first managerish she talked to (I say managerish because I'm not sure what his actual title is) he quickly sped off to find the manager. He didn't even have the decency to say anything, just ran off. We weren't even sure what he was doing since he lost his voice since we talked moments before. *MAGIC*

When we spoke to an actual manager who was able to speak in full sentences, unlike the previous employee. He had the decency to refund my wife the money that was on her game card, which she wasn't even able to use.

Overall an grotesque experience. My wife and myself used to enjoy going to Dave and Busters in Chicago. Now this horrid restaurant is dead to us. No funeral will be held.

The kid in me told the adult me it's time to get out.  But don't forget the kiddos.  Just a few weeks ago I treated my nephews and niece to get out of their hot house and enjoy some cool video games.

I love being a tío to them, which they love to sing songs on the way to the mall.  Finally after getting there, it was nice and cool inside.  I wasn't too happy on getting a $2 plastic card to put my credits on, but took advantage of the most for my buck.

The little ones are not even 5 and 4 so they had a time of their lives with the kid games.  I let them take their sweet time, while the teenager nephew and I took off to more serious adult games.

D&B offers so much to do it can be easy to be distracted and waste all kinds of mula.  They have not only a full bar and food to serve you, but full pool tables, the latest video games and a space that allows you to freely enjoy yourselves.

We had the pleasure to enjoy our time during the late afternoon.  By the time we left it was already dark outside but I let the kids sing songs on the way to their home.  They had a time of their lives, with tío enjoying and treasuring every moment of it!

The fat:  Save your $2 debit-like cards for future visits.

The skinny:  Save the ticket stubs for free candy and gifts.

I'm not really sure why, but when I think of this place, I think of a Chuck E. Cheese for adults.  One that serves liquor, which gives you the delusion that you are actually capable of playing any of the games they have in the place.  And one that drains your bank account as you feed the Powercards that enable you to play those games in a vain attempt to impress your date.

This place is loud and noisy, which is a great thing when you are in the mood for it.  Just be prepared and bring megaphones if you want to engage in conversation with the person you are with.  The food is pretty good, although I have to admit that as of late, I tend to stick to the burgers or the sliders.  I haven't tried any of the fancy dishes, although I'm sure that they are competent, as I don't recall ever having a bad meal here.

Just so you know, expect a wait of an hour and a half for your table, if you get there anytime after 6 p.m. on a Friday or Saturday night.  Double that wait time if you go there any weekend where there is an event at the California Motor Speedway.  And if you go on one of those weekends, you may want to brush up on your fighting skills, just in case.  I would recommend watching the movie "Roadhouse" a few times and pickup a few moves.

    Enjoy!

Happy hour prices did not make me happy.

Located in Ontario Mills, this Dave & Busters (Dnb's) actually has someone standing by the door to card, which I think is cool because I normally see little kids running in and out to play arcade games w/ out supervision.

My friends and I placed ourselves at the bar. We ordered our drinks and an order of chips and salsa. There are small servings of salsa, guacamole, and a bowl of watery cheese that was surprisingly good. Service was really slow. It took forever for the bartender to give us our check. The happy hour prices are not as cheap as the Dnb's in Arcadia. Is that why their arcade games here are cheaper?? They should really consider redoing their sign to direct people to the bathroom. It's confusing especially if you can't find a worker to help you. I would imagine that if you really had to go you'd probably pee all over yourself before finding it.

The server here was really super nice and friendly. he even stayed and chatted with me and my friend for a little bit. I have never seen anyone from the San Diego D&B do that before.

I love coming here for the adult verison of Chuck E. Cheese. This place is the place to come when you are drunk, stumbling, or even sober to play games and be as loud as you want. you can also stare at so many bright and flashing lights here!!

Typical Dave & Busters if you have been to one before this one is no different. Try and stay away on weekends because it is so crowded it makes it difficult to get to the bar and once you get up there its just as difficult to get the bartenders attention to order your drink. The games are the most maintained games some of the shooting games are a little off but the machines are clean. I got to this place only because there is an aracade and alcohol.

This location sucks. The service is horrible --waitress will not acknowledge you other than taking your order and giving you your check.

Been going here for a long time. Service is a lot better than b4. My kids love it here.

I have been going to Dave and Buster's for years - Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Orange County.  I love the atmosphere.  It's primarily an arcade for adults.  In fact, it has only gone down a little in recent years because there seem to be so many kids in there now.

It's the kind of place that is normally far out from the city and you tend to spend hours there.  You can play pool or shuffleboard or sing Karaoke.  You can eat as a group in their big restaurant (think Friday's or Chili's) or you can simply spend all night playing video games.

A lot of businesses like to hold office parties there.

It is a great alternative to standing around with a drink in your hand...

Lately I find the games to be heavy on the wii, xbox, etc.  They have all the same games that people can play at home.  It used to be that they had games that were more unique (carnivalish).  No worries - I still love the place.

Many of the games issue tickets which can be used to buy a bunch of cheap crap.  I normally give my tickets to kids I see running around.

    Very fun!

Wasn't what I expected. They advertise as if it's all adults, there were kids everywhere.
The food was good, as well as the drinks and service.

    The area, not so good.
Security presence everywhere and a ton of cops even outside when we left ( at 9:30pm ).

May try another Dave & Busters some day, but not this one.

Had a good time here on my trip back home and was actually my first time I had been to a D & B.I always thought it was just for kids, so when my brother and his girlfriend brought me here it kinda felt like a Chuck e. Cheese for grown-ups with a full bar and karaoke and a bunch of drunks.
Will check out there other locations cause I think there's one in Washington!!

If you haven't set foot in an arcade for a while, swing by. A good selection of games, everything from Madden Football to shoot em ups, skeebal to pool,  plus as an added bonus, booze. It's basically a place for adults to be kids again, which is awesome bcuz me + Toys R Us= creeeeepy.

When you're there, make sure to get the TNTea, a long island which did not disappoint. For a corporate place they pour it heavy on the booze, which is awesome. The food is good, with generous portions, and our server Michael was awesome. Not only was he extremely helpful, but he suggested a great dessert: donut holes with raspberry and chocolate dipping sauce. After boozing ourselves up and getting super full from our meals (my girl had buffalo chicken sandwich and I had bbq chicken with loaded mashed potatoes, both of which were great) we went and shot video game dinosaurs and played air hockey. All in all, a great day.

NB: No teenagers allowed, it's 21+ so you need ID  or an adult which makes it even better. No waiting in line for games I want to play.

food was alright. the utensils could have been cleaner... its kind of a turnoff to have to ask for a clean fork. the service was a little slow, but they were polite.

This was an alternative for my stepson's birthday.  I was a little on the fence about this place especially for a 10 year old.  Turned out to be really fun and great.  For a busy saturday we got to find a table right where the games were.  The waiters were incredible nice and helpful.  Even the manager accomodated us in the Menu selection that we wanted.  The food was actually good.  The glazed apple salad was good, the nachos with chicken really good and the family appetizer tray made the kids happy.  Really good experience.

My boyfriend and I had our second date at this DnB.

We both aren't much for arcade games.. we just ate.. played some billiards.. i evasdropped on karaoke going on in the other room.. and drank..

I'd give it two stars.. but since we had our second date there.. this place has sentimental value.. it gets an extra star.

The food isn't anything out of the ordinary.. the drinks aren't anything better than anywhere else..

    The games.. are.. well.. games..

It's just an adult version of Chuck E. Cheese.. and that's good enough for me..
