Dave and Buster's is a great place to hang out!  They have half priced cocktails and dollar off beer/wine for happy hour (2 times a night, not on weekends).  The dining room provides the restaurant ambiance, the game room has all sorts of games (from casino style to virtual reality).  Their billiard tables and accessories are in the best condition, and they have a nice little patio for outdoor enjoyment.  The management here is always looking out for thier guests.  It's great for people of all ages, especially kids.  Great first date place!
