In case you're wondering, Darla and Eric have relocated to beautiful Lawrence, Kansas and have purchased a popular music venue - Jackpot Music Hall - with plans to add food of some kind.

I'm not sure what the menu will be.

In my first conversation with Darla, she asked me "where do you get a good burger in this town?" Now I'm gonna have to get her to make me one.

They're both super nice, and I wish them luck as they dive into the live music world.

    Darla's.  Gone.  :-(

I loved these burgers - back at Kubla Khan, which Darla and Eric had, in the 98-2000 years, in a funky building off the rail sidings at 4th and Townsend.  Dot coms were fueled on their meteoric rise, by lunch on Darla's burgers and they began to crash, after the location closed.  Coincidence?

    I don't think so.

Now, Darla's is closed on Irving.  I dread to think of what will happen to the medical center at UCSF...

    We'll miss you.

My roommate and I came by today excited to have some burgers, only to find out that after 9 1/2 long years, Darla's has closed its doors =(

A handwritten note on the door says: "We are now closed after 9 1/2 years.  Thank You so much for the memories and your business! - Darla"

We're devastated to see this fine establishment close.  It was definitely one of my favorite places in SF; from the staff, to the burgers, to the complimentary brownies.  Darla, I will miss you dearly.

    I'm somewhere between a 3 and 4 stars.

Burgers were pretty good. I had a Darla's special and my bf had a old western burger. Mine had mushrooms (ew), grilled onions, and bacon. It was pretty good. Bf's was pretty good too. His had a green chili on there and it was a bit spicy, but not amazingly so.

Brownie was pretty good. Ice cream and loads of whipped cream? My fave.

I also had a lemon sunrise; it was something like that. It was lemon and soju. I swear soju is one of my favorite alcohols. It's sweet and doesnt really taste like alcohol.

Service is amazing though. The owner kept making fun of the bf and that's why I like her. She seemed to had a lot of regular customers and that what makes like this fun.

I want to go back to try some of the sandwiches and maybe some of their other stuff too.

My friend and i went here wanting burgers, and they advertise themselves on store signage as being possibly the best burgers around.

Mediocre, we agreed. They dusted their fries with delicious seasoning, but it only hit the tops, and by the time we got to the bottom, they were plain tasting.

I hear their other food is good, so maybe i'll be back. Just not for the burgers.

Yummy yummy yummy good and slightly greasy oh yeah! Darla's is the burger bomb!

If you crave a really juicy, tasty burger just about any way you could possibly order it or ...you need to sop up some excess alcohol after doing a DYL at the neighborhood's plentiful bars, Darla's can deliver both: Sunday brunch at Darla's offers bottomless Mimosas. It makes me wish -  for just a day -  I didn't have a child to mind but I digress.

Darla's has the best burger I've had in I can't remember when it's that good:

A huge 1/3 lb. of prime Angus beef, perfectly cooked to order, with very generous portions of condiments (mine was the house burger with plenty of cheese, mushrooms and bacon).

When the fries were bagged and super-hot, Darla shook some "super-secret"  salt/spice concoction on them that I swear must be crack. The onion rings were magical and crispy-good.

I've sworn off sweets but I ddi get a micro-sip of my little one's half-milkshake. Very vanilla, very delicious and home-made. I immediately understood why he sucked it up like a vacuum on the ride home.

And awww... Darla knew it was my first time there and tucked in a free brownie. Like the milkshake, my little one made it disappear in a second so it must've been good.

Put Darla's on your New Year's Resolution list. It'll be worth a couple of extra miles on the treadmill.

    Yummy yum!

Best burger in town??? Not really. A good burger worth picking up on a nice day to enjoy in the park??? Without a doubt.

Love that the burgers come loaded with the fixins and the fries come covered with fry dust but the bonus is the little square of chocolate goodness, the brownie they thrown in with every order. Yummy. Enjoy!

So, right off the bat, let me just come clean about the fact that I'm a sucker for free chocolate. They could've served me a turd on a bun and I'd have come away happy as soon as I saw that little piece of free brownie-y goodness with my check. But fortunately, this a moot point.

What I got at Darla's was anything but a sh*t sandwich. What it was, was the exact cheap, greasy, three and a half star burger and a beer experience I was looking for. Yes, their fries are frozen and their buns are white-bready-tasteless, but when you're on Irving and in the mood for middle-of-the-road, Darla's is the place to go. They're nice, they're clean, they're cheap, they've got a good beer selection (7 quality brews on tap), and they're pretty darn tasty. AND they give you a free brownie. What more can you ask for for 12 bucks?

Seriously.. possibly the best burger in the city! I've been to Joe's, Urban Burger, BurgerMeister.. burgers at MANY steakhouses.. and they aren't as memorable as Darlas.

I ordered the Pancake special, eggs, pancakes, my choice of meat (BACON!) My husband ordered a cheeseburger. I finished my entire plate.. the pancakes were sooooo good, and I had 5 bites of my husbands burger. We were really close to ordering a second burger. Only negative I can see with the visit was the taste of the ketchup. Haha very minimal, but I like a good tasting ketchup. I think this one was way too sweet.. so bring your own ketchup :P

The service was fast and friendly. I will def be back for some more burger action. Parking was pretty easy to find, and they have an array of menu items if a burger isn't your cup of tea.

I always forget Darlas is there.  It never really occurs to me, "Oh, hey!  We should go to Darlas."  What's more, I never really facepalm when I remember it, like those people who could have, apparently, had a V8.  However, if I'm in the mood for a change of pace and a solid, comparatively inexpensive meal, Darlas is where I'll go.

While I can't really describe what it is, something about Darlas ambiance is a little off-putting to me.  Perhaps it's because I feel like it can't make up its mind.  Is it a greasy spoon?  Is it a family restaurant?  When I've been it's always mellow and not at all crowded, which is certainly something I appreciate.  But there's just something that keeps it from feeling homey.  Perhaps the lighting is a little harsh, perhaps it's their weird decision to use fuzzy body pillows as seat cushions, perhaps it's the way the restaurant seems like a vast expanse with fairly little in the way of decor - something about it triggers my "something is not quite right here" reflex.  If you're not choosy about such things, pay me no heed - and heck, it doesn't really stop me from eating there, either!

The food, I would say, is Just Above Average.  The menu is full of diner classics - burgers and breakfast foods will be your best bet, and breakfast is served all day.  You'll have to add a dollar if you want breakfast outside of normal breakfasty times, but since everything is pretty inexpensive to begin with, that's not really a big deal.  I have had the salmon burger and the veggie burger, which are two of the healthier options available.  They were tasty (I remember the salmon burger being particularly tasty) and what probably makes that happen is salt (oh, wonder spice!) and a generous amount of breadcrumbs holding each patty together.  Also props to the honey mustard type sauce they put on the salmon burger.  It's tangy in just the right way.

The service, the times I have gone, is pretty good - though they don't do much to warm up the bizarro atmosphere that plagues me.  They do, however, have a policy of giving out free brownies at the end of your meal.  That makes them the nicest people EVER.

Want a decent meal for a cheap price?  Darlas may very well be your place.  And really, no burger needs to be the best burger around in order to be enjoyable.  In fact, I would argue that it's best we do not over-analyze, lest we reach the centers of our souls to find naught more than a patty and a slightly toasted bun.  Or something.

Stumbled upon Darla while trying to find a nice ethnic eatery down Irving. After examining the smile on the patron's faces, my friends and I decided to give it a try. Plus the bottomless $8 mimosas sold us.

We ordered fried zucchini to start off with and I got a salmon burger. The salmon was a bit on the dry side and overall, I wasn't LOVING Darla's. However, it is a reasonably priced eatery and I would drop by again for breakfast since my burger was sort of a fail.

On the upside, our service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and nice and I don't think I ever saw my cup of water empty.

Darla's tag line, "Possibly the Best Burger Around," should have emphasis on "possibly."

A classic hole in the wall in the Inner Sunset, Darla's is a stalwart of good, inexpensive eating.  Nothing fancy.  Nothing over the top.  No celebrity chefs.  No hand-massaged beef.  Just reasonable prices, Formica topped tables, paper napkins, and food that fills a hole in your stomach without making too large a hole in your wallet.

The house burger (1/3 pound ground beef, fried onions, mozzarella, $9.25) is fine, but none of the establishments listed in the "10 Best Burgers in The City" in 7 X 7 Magazine need worry.  No Acme roll, no brioche; the bun is Wonder Bread-like:  soft, tasteless, and chewy.  No Niman Ranch beef, no kobe; while weighing in at 1/3 of a pound, the beef didn't exhibit the full flavor profile that one would expect of "possibly the best burger around."  Not only were the fries frozen, rather than hand-cut / housemade, but they were also undercooked.

Service is friendly, if rushed.  While not always attentive, the waitstaff was somehow likable--not unlike a puppy that doesn't always do the right thing, but is just so lovable nonetheless.

Darla's has at least seven beers on tap--always a good choice with a burger.  From Stella to Sierra, everyone will find a brew they like.

If you have a hankering for _definitely_ one of the best burgers in The City, go to Zuni, Spruce, or Serpentine.  If you happen to be hungry and in the Inner Sunset, you could give Darla's a try:  you won't be impressed, but neither will you be disappointed.

I was quite disappointed. I was expecting fabulous burger options and deliciousness when I saw the words "Possibly the Best Burger Around", but ended up with your typical burger options with normal fix-ins.

    - Avocado & Cheddar Burger: came with french fries, soup, small green salad, or potato salad. I chose a small green salad and there was nothing special to note. Burger tasted normal, not dry though (plus!).

Highlight of my visit: At the end of my meal when the check arrived, I got a complementary small piece of brownie. :)

Darla's is a decent three star restaurant, nothing more and nothing less.  They have a backyard patio which is nice and a decent menu selection, but nothing to get wild over.

The lady who runs the place (I'm assuming she is Darla) is rather coarse  when it comes to customer service.  It seemed like  she felt we were a nuisance to her when it came to taking our order  and food delivery (I'm sorry but it wasn't that busy) but none the less it is still an OK place.

Ahh sweet Darla's, the food here is great if you like loads of it for reasonable prices. I love the Philly cheese stake sandwich & steak cut fries & I also like the Fried chicken dinner. They have a beer & wine license so you can have a bruski while you dine.

AWWW, Darla's is CLOSED because the greedy land lord refused to renegotiate the lease just because she did not do it in the time allotted on the previous lease.

One of the BEST mushroom swiss burgers (if not the best) that I can remember eating. It's the little things that made this meal make my night. All the burger places I could think of at the moment made me feel nauseous just thinking about it, with all the grease and all, but I had to have a good burger tonight, so I decided I'd just try a new place, and I was deeply impressed!

First of all, the bread/roll was chewy and complimented the burger very well. I usually start picking off the bread (I get tired of it), but I ate all of it. I could taste the quality of the beef in every bite. It's shaped just thick enough so that not all of it the beef was greased up leaving well cooked, and flavorful beef. Just GOOD beef in it's own goodness. And the swiss was just melted on perfectly too with the juicy mushrooms.

We also shared some fries and onion rings. The onion rings were pretty good. A good thick, but not too thick, coating, and it had a good crunch to it. The fries were a little on the thin side for me and a little too floopy for my boyfriend, so I got to eat most of it, because I love the floopy ones!

Oh, and I almost forgot! They threw in a couple of the BEST little brownie bites I've ever had. Chewy, soft, and gooey, with just the right amount of sweetness. It hit the spot. I wish I looked in the bag when we got the food, because I didn't get to thank the nice man that was helping us for such an awesome surprise!

We've been here two weeks in a roll.  Armed with our $10 for $20 Mamapedia certificates, we came in for the first time last Thursday.  They have a good children's menu for right around $5.00.  The little man got the mini burger both times (it is really not that mini), it comes with fries and a small drink.  I got the Darla's burger one time and the Chicken Sandwich the second time around.   It was big enough that I had to take half of it to go as we also shared a Cesar Salad.

Service is good and quick.  The bathrooms were pleasantly clean and parking was surprisingly easy both times right around 6pm.

Oh, last but not least...they give you a small piece of brownie when they give you your check... =p

Even at 9am on an overcast Sunday morning, the lively strip of Irving Street between 7th & 10th Avenue is crowded. Most of the cafes and other businesses are busy as well. I thought I made a bad mistake in coming to the Inner Sunset for breakfast. But I thought wrong, when I saw this somewhat empty cafe with the famous red Yelp-sticker on the glass door.

When I walked in, I thought this was a Japanese restaurant with bamboo curtains and stool-seatings in front of the kitchen. It is a cafe that serve your all-American cuisine. Looking at the menu, I had the "The Kitchen Sink" Omelette. I believe the specialty omelette costs $9.00 and it has slices of ham, bacon, sausage, onion, mushroom and tomato in an egg blanket. I also get home fries and slices of toast. I was here on a weekend and the cafe also offer a muffin instead of the toast.

"Damn, I should've gotten the Strawberry Cream Muffin instead!"

    My omelette: http://www.yelp.com/bi...

Nevertheless, a pretty decent meal and definitely a 3 star meal.

I paid my meal in cash. Credit cards are also accepted.

I'm used to getting a fortune cookie and/or sliced orange wedges after my meal. But here, the friendly waitress (maybe proprietor) gave me a slice of brownie after my meal. For that sweet treat, the cafe gets a solid 4-star.

Yelpers, you got this restaurant's rating right on the mark! I only came here b/c I had a http://restaurant.com coupon:

Make sure to use  http://restaurant.com coupon!!!   I stock up on these coupons since they don't expire, and use ebates!!

Go here for ebates and sign up!! http://www.ebates.com/... --15% rebate back!

    Truly a 3.5 star!

    Food: 3.5/5
    Service: 2/5
Price: on the pricier side, but with the http://restaurant.com coupon, it was a good deal.

Total paid: $23 (with tax and tip, including coupon!)
    Ordered:
1)Rib eye steak: surprisingly good! Well seasoned and very tender! The entree came with a side of mashed potatoes, salad, and steam veggie.
    2) French toast: eh, it was okay...tasted like something I can make at home. If you order breakfast during dinner time (even though "breakfast is serve all day"), an additional dollar is applied! LAME!
    3) A coke: free refill!
    4) A custom burger with grilled onion, mushroom, and mozzarella cheese, avocado on a french roll. It was really good! The meat was really well flavored!
    5) Complimentary brownie bite

Hm...i probably would return back just for their burgers.

I've been here a year ago for their breakfast and it was the same experience I had this past Sunday for an early dinner.

The food was okay. The service was good. The ambiance was not my cup of tea. It's not very busy and it was comfortable but a little dull. I only came because it was a salad place (sort of) that was in the area that was part of my http://Restaurant.com certificate. I don't think I'll do that again, force myself to a restaurant because of a gift cert, I learned my lesson here.

I would recommend going to Crepevine, up the street or Pluto's (also just up the street). Parking in the area is tough, so park far and walk or just take muni. Or if you're in the mood for Vietnamese, go to Perilla next door, trust me, it's better.

I got the $10 for $20 worth of food deal of http://Trubate.com, and I'm so glad I did. The place is spacious but feels cozy and funky.

Nothing fancy, no frills, but the food was really good. I greatly enjoyed the Avocado Cheddar burger. My boyfriend and I split the Zucchini sticks and they were ooey gooey fried goodness. I just feel bad for the waitress, because she was the only person working and she looked really worn-out, which meant a bit of a wait for everything.

It's on a part of Irving that isn't supremely busy, so it was easy for us to find street parking. Take advantage of one of the online deals and give this place a chance. We'll definitely be returning!

Went today for Sunday brunch.  We met out here at the recommendation of a friend who lives close-by and likes not only the atmosphere but also the food.  The restaurant itself has a very relaxed feel and you are greeted by the host/server right away.
The relaxed/homey feel goes right along with the service speed, so don't come here if you are in a hurry to get other things done.  However, for hanging out sipping coffee, eating and talking it is perfect.  Our coffee cups stayed full of totally drinkable diner coffee, and the food was good.
Between the three of us we had a breakfast sandwich, an omelet withblueberry muffin, and the breakfast burrito.  Nothing was phenomenal but everything was good and I would totally spend another couple hours here again.

It's almost review time at the office. I think I've done some things pretty well this year, and other thing have room for improvement. There always are. You can always do better. So in the spirit of the season, Darla, here's some feedback:

Burgers: You claim you are the "possibly the best burger in town", and while I think that's a little overconfident, your turkey burger is pretty good. Well priced, well sized, and a choice of side makes it better than most.

    Rating: A strong three stars.

Breakfast: Eh, Darla babe, how I wanted to love thee. Your service style is witty and memorable. You run the joint like you own it, but the personality just doesn't translate into your omletes. My egg white and veggie omelete was mediocre at best, oily and not as good of a value as the burger. The fruit on the side, worth paying the extra buck, was the best part.

    Rating: A soft two stars.

So this year you get an A-OK. Some things done well. Some things to improve upon. Much like everyone, no?

A coworker told me that their burgers and fried chicken is very good.  Unfortunately, the fried chicken is only on their dinner menu and we were there for lunch so my boyfriend and I each ordered a burger and then shared an appetizer of Fried Zucchini.  The menu states that there are 6 pieces of zucchini but when it came out, it was a whole basket full!  The zucchini had a nice coating and was fried to a perfect golden brown but nothing that you can't get elsewhere.

What about the burgers, you ask?  Well, they do boast that their burgers are "quite possibly the best around".  They were solid but once again, nothing mind-blowing.  My boyfriend ordered a Double Cheeseburger with Fries and I ordered the Green Chile Jack Burger with Onion Rings (for an extra $1).  We both asked for the burgers to be cooked medium and they were both cooked to the right doneness and maintained their juices.  We ended up splitting our burgers so that we could try both.  Both of us started off with the cheeseburger, which was yummy.  Perhaps that wasn't a good idea because by the time we got to the Green Chile Jack Burger, the jack cheese had cooled off making it not so tasty.  It also tasted a little try...perhaps some nice grilled onions or mushrooms would have added another dimension to the burger.

Overall, the meal wasn't anything mindblowing.  However, Darla is very welcoming and it was nice watching her make her rounds to the tables and personally taking the orders and checking on the food.  She even brought us complimentary brownie bites for dessert and put them on a napkin so that we could bring them on the go.  Darla's has a nice homey feel to it and makes for a great neighborhood diner, especially with the great prices (most items are under $10).  However I think it's hard for it to compete for other establishments that serve much more amazing food.

Nice and small cozy spot.  The food here is decent and there is a lot to choose from for a small place.

I had the California club or something like that with turkey, bacon and avocado. Pretty tasty with the grilled onions I added, but nothing earth shattering. I got fruit as a side instead of fries and appreciated the substitution they made for me at no extra coat.

My dad had the burger with bacon and he said it was ok.  My mom had pancakes and my brother had French toast.  Their orders had their bacon and sausage mixed up, but not a big deal to swap it ourselves.  Their specially blueberry syrup was interesting and not very sweet. Good for folks who don't like their pancakes and French toast syrupy sweet.

Overall, not too shabby and a nice spot to have brunch with my family.  We didn't feel rushed at all.

When it comes to the Sunset, there are very limited burger options. If you want a classic burger, you're best hopping on the N line until you arrive at Burgermeister. But when you're in this area and want a burger, Darla is an alright option. Their burgers are fairly standard but don't leave with you a WOW factor after eating them. But with limited alternatives, it'll at least temporarily satisfy that burger craving.

While I'm personally not impressed by their burgers, I was impressed with their service. They're very attentive to their customers and are quick to provide what you need immediately. So what you lack in awesome food is made up for with awesome service so I will definitely be back for that should I have no other burger places I can get to.

I used to go to Darla's all the time 5 or so years ago when I lived in the inner sunset. I went there again the other night, hoping it was still as good as I remembered it, and it was.

I had the three cheese burger, and it was yummy. I love how they serve their burgers on french rolls. They have shoestring fries, which I personally love, but I know they're not everyone's cup of tea.

My boyfriend had the philly cheesesteak. It was pretty good, but not phenomenal. But, considering we weren't at a cheesesteak restaurant, you couldn't really complain!

Darla's is a great casual restaurant. The portions are perfect. You don't feel overstuffed, but you're definitely satisfied and don't want to eat anymore. The service is great and the price is affordable.

    Family friendly but VERY crowded.

I came here on a Thursday night and boy was it packed. Service was slow and there was only two servers working the entire restaurant! My goodness. I forget what I ordered but I think it was the Darla burger? It was good, nothing really special about it. I guess you're paying more for the dinning experience versus the food. Which was by the way is moderately priced.

I wouldn't recommended coming here for a one-on-one date or friendly dinner due to the crowds. I swear, the two servers bumped into my seat a few times because it was so cramped.

I saw lots of other tables with red/white wines and beers. Perhaps, it's a good place for that. I don't know if I can handle another cramped night just for a wine tasting though. But if you do decide to dine here, good luck! (That is, if you can manage to find a seat)

I always forget to yelp this place every time I come. The slogan "best burger in town" is partially true. I've had better, but for a local restaurant like this, I can't really complain.

This place is kind of hard to miss since it sits on Irving and 9th Ave. With the N-Judah roaring by and a constant flow of Jamba juice fanatics  flowing about, you can walk right past it and not even know its there.

I've tried the House Burger, Salmon Burger and Darla's Delight burgers --not bad since the variety is good.

Avoid the dinner entrees, but you can try out Darla's Monterey Melt sandwich with a small green salad if you don't know what to get.

The wait staff is friendly and they bring you an ice water as you scan the menu for something you like.

I usually go with a burger of some kind and a Ben's Mochabean shake and a small salad. Totally makes my day if I'm sitting here by myself, taking a break from the daily stress of life.

This place is BEST for LUNCH only.

Darla's is small but nice and homey. You sit where you want, get quick service, yummy food and a free lil brownie for dessert :)

I've been here a handful of times and had the delicious Grilled Super Turkey (smoked turkey, bacon and cheese) the last two times I was here. Vurrry delicious is all I have to say. I think I'll have some pancakes next time. What would earn them the half star from me would be having (Belgian) waffles on the menu: YUM!

I give Darla's a 4.5. Pretty great service, yummy food and delectable little brownie treats. She even let my boyfriend have the soup of the day to go last time we were here because we ordered it late and had already had paid for our stuff.

    "possibly the best burger around"

    FALSE

don't stake that claim when you've got other heavyweights like Jenny's and Burgermeister within proximity. I won't rant about the food bc I don't remember liking it. I DO remember being appalled by the "artwork" for sale on the walls. I'm no art snob but if you're trying to pass as an artist, at least create something worthy if the outrageous price tag. If you're reading this and your artwork is is hanging in Darla's, then sorry for telling you what your friends aren't.

I love Darla's because of Darla!

This is the type of neighborhood place you see in movies... where the owner sits down with her customers and shoots the gab... if she doesn't know you by name, she definitely knows you by face if you've been in more than 3 times and will greet you with a "hi baby!" which is super-sweet. I work out of my home - sometimes isolated from real human contact save for conference/video calls  for 3 or 4 days at a time - so going to grab something to eat at Darla's and getting that warm welcome is really a great thing.

The food is pretty standard diner-type grub... tasty and just perfectly greasy in the best kind of way.

She also has a wide variety of stuff so everyone at the table can be satisfied and happy, no matter if you are a rib eye steak lover, a vegetarian, want to eat for under $8 or have an unlimited budget (!)

It may not be as cheap as her neighbors - Irving Street Cafe, Howard's, etc - but then again, you don't get Darla at either of those (also perfectly wonderful) places.

And at Darla's you get  lil special extras - the famous brownie that many mention here, of course,  is a standout. Mmmmm. Also, order pancakes or the like, and to the table comes maple AND blueberry syrup!  See a "house special" on the menu that you want to customize? Don't worry... you won't get any flack or offend anyone or have someone barking at you "NO SUBSTITUTIONS!!!"

Finally... it's just nice to see some consistency in that store front which was home to that noodle chain whose name I can't recall at the moment who is long out of business and then something else before that  in the course of two years... Darla's has been there for a  good amount of time longer and I hope she stays,

I ordered the Build-a-Burger with my choice of toppings of American cheese, barbecue sauce, and bacon (an extra $.75) along with the regular lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles which you can add on yourself. My burger was cooked just the way I wanted and came on a bread roll instead of your typical burger bun. Overall the burger and fries were delicious.. the fries were thinly cut and came in a large portion and the burger was about 8 inches long and pretty filling.

However, as far as this place being "the best burger in town" as its sign says, and as far as some of the reviewers writing how it really is -- you guys really need to look harder. Overall the prices were reasonable and the food was good, but it wasn't on par to other hole-in-the-wall restaurants or bigger restaurants who claim the exact same thing.

Definitely give this place a shot if you're in the area though.

Stopped in here when everything else in the Sunset was closed on a Sunday night.  They had pretty decent zucchini fries.  Dinner Date got the burger.  It was not round, but oval, though good none the less.  And the fries that came with it were tasty.

They serve cocktails (like bloody mary's) that are made with soju instead of proper liquor.  Though they do have bottomless mimosas and beer too.

Just when I was thinking that I wanted dessert, but not enough to actually order dessert, our server brought over little brownie bites.  It was the perfect amount of sweet.

We ordered one of the few vegetarian items on their menu, the vegetarian portobello mushroom burgers with salads instead of fries. The burgers were not tasty, unusually oily, and a disappointment overall. The mushroom kept slipping out of the bun because of the amount of grease. Salads were not fresh and not tasty - failure.

Service is not good but not bad either. If they start serving fresh salads with vegetables, offer healthier bread choices, and more vegetarian choices over all we'll probably go back.
