We had the pleasure of working with Nichole last weekend to photograph our 3 unpredictable, impatient, clumsy, greedy hounds. She did such an amazing job of wrangling the crazy herd and snapping shots that truly capture their individual personalities. From the minute she sat down on the floor and was inundated with kisses and paw punches, we knew that her love of dogs would result in a final product that we'd cherish forever.
Nichole was very easy to work with from our initial inquiries to scheduling and eventually shooting. She made the whole process a breeze!
If you have a pet of any kind, you have to invite Dane & Dane capture their picture! It is, without a doubt, worth the money and with different packages available to meet different budgets, there is no excuse not to do it.
Dane and Dane Photography was at the Dog cocktail party we attended in December at the W hotel. They specialize in animal photos but people are also welcome. They do a lot of free photos for shelters and such and do covers for City Dog and other magazines. The shot we got that night was great, my dog, Lulu was captured in all her smiling glory. They do a variety of packages, and will come to your home or you can go to the studio.
Dane & Dane takes pet photography to a new art form. Sure, you can snap a picture of your pooch, frame it, hang it on a wall and call it art. But, a Dane & Dane print is a piece of fine art (featuring your dog's mug, of course). Nichole does what all of us wish we could do -- captures the dog's true personality in print. She captured the goofy, playful nature of Scout, my boxer, and the sweetness of Ziggy, my schnoodle...two pictures I will treasure forever.
I can not tell you how many times a day I look at the pictures Nichole took of our puppy Branimir. She was right when she recommended we take some when he was small and I now marvel at how much he has changed in little over a few months. In fact I think we need to plan for another shoot before he is all grown up! Dane & Dane photography offers a personal approach that ends up with a professional product. Nichole's love of dogs is evident in everything she does between her playful interaction and focus on capturing the best shots to include the little details and markings that make your canine most special. Their little personalities and idiocyncracies glare through the photographs and you almost feel they could jump out at you. Our pictures have turned out so well that we can not even decide on our final choices after all this time! Instead we just find ourselves captivated by the proof sheets and continually lose ourselves in reliving the moments of our Puppy at that age!
