The Dancing Deer is a gift shop located in downtown Genoa. It's right next door and in the same building as the Sugarplum Bakery. Gayle and I stopped in during our New Year's Day walk.
The Dancing Deer is more of a 3 Star shopping experience for me. It's OK. The offerings are interesting and varied, but are not usually what I like to buy. For gifts, I would also recommend the little shop that is in the same building as the Genoa Bar or the antique place next door. However, this is a local business in an attractive place. The guy who runs this place is also very friendly and helpful, works hard and deserves a look and perhaps a purchase.
