Dancing Coyote Beach
2 reviews for Dancing Coyote Beach
Can you say heaven? We stayed here in Feb, when all it did was fog over and rain. But, no problem! We stayed toasty in our little cabin, complete with fireplace and watched the rain drizzle on by.....no cell phones, no TVs or computers, the ultimate escape. When the rain lifted, we walked across the street to Vladamir's and had some tasty soup and German food.
We took a walk around the beach, exploring the bay and the boats that were banked on the sand.
Did I mention the out door shower? How fun is it to slightly streak across your private deck into a steaming hot, strong shower under the stars?
But beware, this place is rustic at best, with our bed being up on a loft, overlooking the rest of the place, but well work it. There are other cottages, but we had the smaller one as we had the dog with us. I would go back, again and again.....
OWNER DOES NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS - This is a nice place but the owner frequently toys with your reservations, often at the last minute. We've stayed there many times but after the 4th time of receiving a call indicating that there was a problem with our reservations (often after it was already paid for) and that we needed to change the dates of our stay, the time of our arrival, the cabin we had reserved, etc., NO MORE! In each case, the "problem" was that the owner wanted to use the cabin we had reserved and hasn't bothered to plan ahead. No way to run a business and a shameful way to treat customers. Owner also has a B&B in San Francisco (The Parsonage) - I wouldn't take a chance on dealing with her there either!
