The location is pretty good, being so close to the water. The rooms are decent and fairly large, but somewhat outdated and in need of some repair. The beds are ok, not terribly comfortable, but I've had much worse. There seemed to be a lot of families on vacation when I stayed here, so a lot of noise coming from the pool area - but it didn't really bother me. Nice staff who were very accomodating in fixing some other guests issues with their room (overheard them talking at the front desk).
This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Of course, you get what you paid for. It was't expensive. It was quite dirty.
