Went to Damon while at a conference at the Kalahari. Went during happy hour and received 1/2 off our apps and they were all outstanding!!! The service was great and the friendly both nights we went.

Food was mediocre at best
Came here only because we had a buy one get one coupon
Service was horrible, not friendly, not attentive to refills, and very slow
Should have figured something was wrong considering there was only 1 other party in there. Save yourself time and money and hit up the Sinclair across the street for some dino-snacks. -

I used to love Damon's in Orland Park, IL so we had to go here. Thanks you Damon's for making me look like an a**. I raved about this place for 2 days and then the let down.
The food SUCKED by all standards. The service was just as bad. In fact my food was reordered and what came back tasted even worse.
Guess I can write off Damon's forever! -

We came to Damon's b/c we had been next door at the indoor theme park(7/16/11) and didn't want to leave and come back so we walked over. So many places I wanted to try while at the Dells and I wish I would've. My salad was very bland and my boyfriend didn't like his sandwich. It almost reminded me of the food you would get at Applebee's. Nothing impressive. I did however loved the big tvs and liked that we got the little speaker box on our table. Service was very good! If you're from out of town I wouldn't bother coming here.

Good food. Nice setup. The server put in the Cubs game when we asked. I was hesitant when I saw that the mashed potatoes were presented as the obvious ice cream scoop plopped on a plate. The prime rib was decent, just a bit fatty. I was bummed after being told they ran out of fresh horseradish. I think they close at 11 because they turned the lights on near the end of our meal- kinda rude.

How horrible that you can still smoke in a restaurant in Wisco....it has not been that long since IL banned it, but aways a big surprise when you smell it at dinner with the family.
You can walk inside to Damon's from the hotel, and that is very nice on a cold Wisconsin evening. This is a traditional Damon's, always a pretty decent sports bar, with tiered seating for unobstructed viewing on the multiple tvs. Locals at the bar, and families from the resort at the tables.
Pretty good service, but disappointing food. Damon's presents itself as the "Place for Ribs", but I finally had and they were marginal at best. Decent sauce, but the meat was overcooked and NOT falling off the bone....very disappointing. Hot Mamma had the onion loaf (and felt sick after) and the chicken chop salad (also disappointing).
I was also bummed out by the limited beer selection on tap........however, it is the best alternative in the area to have dinner.
No wonder why Wisco residents are so damn fat..........

I've been to Damon's at another location quite awhile ago. I remember liking it. This Damon's was god-awful. The ribs were like shoe leather. We even went at dinner so you would expect them to be fresh. Wrong. Don't go.

One of the best steak dinners Ive ever had. Theyre a bit on the pricey side but certainly worth every penny. Lots of big screen TVs showing different sporting events, though theyre big on UW football. Lots of seating, courteous service, and family friendly.

Probably the best veggie burger Ive had ....ever! I cant think of anything else that stood out to me....oh wait you can play trivia games with other customers while you are there, and its televised all over the restuarant.
