Okay, so i never write reviews because i believe that unless it is worth writing about, i wont do it.
this place was one place i HAD to write about.
WOW. I was very impressed with this nail salon.
normally i have lots of mm this could be better, or mm that could be straighter, oh that wavy, or even wtf is that scenario but this time i was very satisfied. :D
my friend and i went together and got our nails done.
my nails were done by ana. she did a great job. there was nothing crooked, chipped or smudged. and the best thing of all, she did not make me feel uncomfortable.
most of the times when i go to nail salons, they make me feel uncomfortable and i cant say what i want to say, and i go home upset.
ana made me feel like i was a real customer. she listened, fixed and made me feel very comfortable. also this place is VERY cheap. I LOVE IT!! its such great quality work for a great  price.
i got french tips with pink zebra stripes. another really nice lady did my zebra stripes for me and she even added glitter to make it real cute.
This is by far the best nail salon i have been to, and i am so glad my friend recomended me here. i am coming here OFTEN to get my nails done.

OH, also, my friend got a tips with just color painted on. my friend thought that the color was too bright for her pale skin. the color almost looked like an old lady's color. she was a bit upset, and when i explained to the lady who was doing my design, she smiled warmly and told her she can change to whatever she wanted if she didnt like it. normally from my experience other nail salons give you a dirty look and charge you a whole arm and a leg plus talk shit, but this lady just charged for five dollars to erase the color, paint the tip white with 1 pink strip underneath the white and fill the white tip with pink glitter and did not look mad once. now that is service.
they are so nice here you really need to check this place out!!

I think I'm being generous about giving them 1 star.  If there was an option to give 1/2 of a star, I would.  The courteous 1/2 star rating is not even for the nails, it was the service.

I needed to remove my fake nails that I had done a week before and wanted to get a manicure to avoid looking at ugly, brittle nails after the removal.  The lady went all anjelah johnson (youtube) on me and tried to get me to do a french tip manicure and somehow I gave in.  I'll admit the lady was gentle and friendly but it didn't seem like she was doing a thorough enough job.  When she got to painting my nails, a piece of hair got onto my nails and I told her, she then takes it off and paints right over it.  At the time, I didn't notice, from far away it seemed like it looked like she fixed it really well... guess what.. NOPE, she messed it up even more and just left it there.  I also wanted nail designs so after she did the paint, she sent me off to another lady who did the design.  She was much better, but she messed up another nail as well and just painted right over it messing it up even more.. again.  The flower designs made my nails look a bit better.  I was tired from a midterm so at that point, I didn't care anymore and didn't feel like arguing with them, I just wanted to get out of the salon.

Total?? $25...for fake nail removal, crappy ass manicure with french tip, 10 nail designs, and 2 messed up nails... technically, $32 cause I gave the first lady a $5 tip and the 2nd one $2 tip.  The 1st lady mugged me as I walked out the door when I gave her the $5 bill like she expected more out of her crappy job.  She should of been lucky I gave her anything! (And I tip generously)

And the worst... the white part started to peel the next day.. even with 3 clear top coats on top of it, it still peeled.. cheap nail polish??  I started to chip away at the chip and noticed that the nail polish came off easier unlike all the other nail polishes I have chipped at in the past (I paint my nails a lot too!) and sniffed at the paint.. ITS WHITE OUT!.. SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE WHITE OUT!!! SO... I paid $25 for white-out... I could have done these nails myself and spent almost nothing if I had wanted to use office supplies.

DO NOT GO HERE... parkin is EXTREMELY small, I parked the next street over and they are expensive for the quality that you get...Go to New Fashion Nails on Winchester and Hamilton in Campell... They are so much better.  My pedicure is still in top condition and I've had them for more than 2 weeks now!  All the ladies there are very friendly. :)

I needed a quick manicure after a long day of work and especially after I botched up my nails trying to paint it before work.  Some place nearby, fast, and cheap please! Hopped onto yelp and found this place which had good reviews; I was sold. I nearly missed the place since it was pretty small and parking was definitely an issue. Luckily, I found a spot in the small lot of a mom-and-pop grocery store; otherwise, I would've made a couple of rounds about the block. Upon entering, a group of ladies greeted me and I was quickly seated. I noticed that the area was a little cramped, especially with the employees' belongings (lunch bags and such) piled up in one corner of the store. I didn't catch the manicurist's name, but she was friendly and tried to make small talk. I'd give her brownie points for being gentle with my hands and she gave a pretty satisfying massage. I wanted a simple shade of bright red to go with my costume, but the lady convinced me to get some gold and black glitter. Not to tacky considering it's for Halloween.

Other reviews said that this placed included credit cards, which sounded too good to be true for a low-end place--and it kind of was. Minimum charge was $10 for debit and $11 for credit. So for an $8 manicure+paint, I gave her a bit more than what she deserved. I can't say I was 100% happy with the end results. The manicurist was very careful applying the red at first. Near the end of the session, another client walked in and for some reason piqued her attention more, making her rush. I noticed that the glitter was quickly put on and the top coat even more haphazardly. Lame...The polish is still on two days later, but the tips are definitely starting to chip. Maybe I'll give this place another shot on another I-don't-give-a-crap-just-give-me-a-quick-fix day.

They are very friendly here and it is a private owned shop. The owner does the services too. And, she also has several ladies that she hired to do nails too.

I will definitely be back for all my nail services. Kim and Fiona helped me out.

The parking lot is small but you can always park at walgreens and walk across the street. Or, you can park along the neigbors' homes. The private parking lot is shared with a hair salon, back to back.

Inside decor, the place is small but the service is quick and pretty. The have all great up to date nail/spa/pedicure equipments. And, they have all the latest styles in doing nails and latest nail polish colors to do all types of nails.

All the jobs they do is really nice. I got my fill and ped done and I absolutely love it. It looks real pretty and I'm satisfied. I just feel bad about the tip, since there were two ladies (one for ped and the other manicure), I gave the tip to one lady and told her to make sure to split it up. So when you go here, make sure you have not "big bills" since you have at least 2 ladies working on you and everyone specialize in certain services.

The price is right and they do accept credit cards.

I will definitely come back, but this time I'll make sure I have smaller bills so it is easier to split the tips.

Even though it's a small little place, Anna the manucurist does the best job for Acrylic Nails. Perfectly natural thin style. you just let her know what you want and how and she'll do them.

She's the best one there, so call in advance for an appointment!

I would NEVER go there again. I made an appointment and had to wait an additional half hour before being seen. They also have me fungus and when I went back to confront them, they denied it and were really rude.

Very small looking house but the women here work very well. I love Kim, she always does my pedi's. When she's busy I have the other ladies do my nails and they're all perfectionist. My boyfriend got a facial here last week, and they did an excellent job. His face is soft and most importantly, clearer! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to get their nails done at a decent price. It's cheaper here compared to other Asian nail salons.
