Daisy went to look at houses with us for 6 months before we found the one we wanted, living through the disappointment of writing contracts and having them not work out as well as the joy of finding 'the one.' She negotiated for us to get deals we didn't even know we could get. She's a fount of information on the people you need to know once you own a home too! Always cheerful, informative, available and ready to go! I'd never use another agent....

Daisy helped us find and buy a house a year ago.  It was a long and difficult process, given that we were not sure what we wanted, and the market was pretty tough.  She was extremely patient with us along the way, for which I am very grateful :)  She is also friendly, warm, and funny, and on the professional side - diligent, and detail oriented.  Very highly recommend!

Daisy Chin helped us purchase a three unit Victorian in 2004, sold it in 2005, and purchase a TIC in 2005.  All of these were highly convoluted transactions, to say the least (lol).  Not only did Daisy know what she was doing, professionally speaking, she represented us to our total satisfaction.  During the process, she gave us total attention and tuned in to our precise needs.  Not only that, she doggedly worked to satisfy them.  She is amazingly contentious; she even turned up year-old TIC-negotiation notes when I recently had a question about that meeting!  I am convinced she helped us achieve the best possible prices, both when we bought and when we sold.  Sorry to be raising expectations but she is up there among the best of them.

I wouldn't be in my place if it wasn't for Daisy.  Honest- that's exactly what I tell everyone.  I couldn't have asked for a better RE Agent.  She's great ; she's extremely easy to work with and definitely earns your trust and respect.  She kept me motivated when I was losing steam through multiple offers.  She kept looking when I had given up.  I LOVE my place, and I wouldn't be in it if it wasn't for Daisy.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Daisy is the person to go to!    She's excellent; very patient, honest, knowledgable, friendly and very thorough.  Honestly - we were extremely difficult to work with, since she had two people who had opposite taste in architecture, and feeling frustrated about the whole bidding process; but, she stuck by us for over a year and we finallly have the home of our dreams.    She saved our sanity! I HIGHLY recommend her.
