This place is the best $1.50 store I have ever been into. Way better resource for teachers and budget-smart students (okay, and professionals) than Dollar Tree. They literally have everything imaginable - gardening, kitchen, tools, snacks, undergarments, protractors, desk organizers, drawer organizers, sushi molds, cookie cutters, binders, bento boxes, banana holders, EVERYTHING!
There is guaranteed something you will need/want to buy once you step into the store, even if its a box of Pocky or a sushi cell phone charm, all for the awesome price of $1.50.
Learn it, live it, LOVE IT!
At the entrance of this store, these signs grabbed my attention (http://www.yelp.com/bi... ). Similar signs and notices were on the opposite door, but in symbolic form. Inside, there are similar signs all over the store: "Not a public Bathroom," "Wait Behind the white line,"or "Extra plastic bags for $0.25 for purchases under $10." If I haven't been to any Daiso store, these signs would not give a very good impression of this place.
Although I have not been in this location before, I do know what they carry, their very reasonable prices, and saw these signs as humorous. Having worked in retail at one point of my life, I figured the owners and managers must have had enough, and needed to set the ground rules for shoppers of this store. Fortunately, the perceived negativity do not reflect attitudes of the staff that work here. People working at the registers are very efficient, yet very friendly.
As mentioned by previous Yelpers, this Daiso location took over a spot formerly occupied by a Good Guys electronics store. It's a pretty large space, which meant that the Daiso operators of this location can really pack in a lot of merchandise. They have everything here: snacks, stationery, household goods, massagers, tea cups, .......and some stuff so cute it kills me!
One can easily spend hours in this store, but we were on a mission. My daughter needed a small box to store her cleaning tools for her musical instruments. Daiso carries so many different kinds and sizes of boxes, I knew we would find a perfect one for her, and we did.
That, and other stuff the kids were able to con me into buying for them.
Yes, prices are reasonable, and we'll be back. Maybe I'll try the Soy Sauce Candy, or the Vinegar Candy.........
Just realized they have an online store http://www.daisojapan.com/
Now I can buy a ton of kawaii things that I am too old to use.
Wonderful.
This is the best Daiso that I've been to (East Bay and Cupertino). It's by far the largest and has the best selection of Made in Japan items! Some stuff is better and much cheaper than Crate & Barrel even though both are Made in China. I like how you get to wrap and box your goods yourself. Makes it convenient and easy. Love it here! They are open on all holidays too - even Thanksgiving and Xmas.
This place has good cute stuff for really cheap. A lot of the stuff, i'll end up not using and only bought because it was too cute. For all your ladies (and gents), don't buy the false lashes. I know their cheap but they're made of plastic and they're really hard and unflexible to work with.
I came here recently and thought, OK they stopped changing the way the store looks which is good. They moved the toys around a couple of time from the original location. OK maybe it was once when it used to be in the far left corner of the store in the second to last isle as well as right in front of it.
My only gripe for this recent review is that they used to take Discover credit cards. Imagine to my surprise while paying for my items that they no longer take it. Come on. You never took American Express and now no more Discover?
Now I'm going to restrain from buying anything at this place. Plus I don't need more do-dads anyway.

I love this store. Most items here are made in China like Ichiban-kan, but that's the norm. I always… Read more »
They sell so many useful, cute little things here! You can easily loose track of time (at least I do) by going aisle by aisle checking what they have. Plenty of cute little things and quite cheap as well. They have a small section of snacks in front next to the cashier. I couldn't resist buying HI-CHEW in strawberry!
I heart Daiso. I feel fulfilled...well, in that superficial heady woozy way that will last for a good part of the day.
Everything you never dreamed you wanted for $1.50. Those cute little Japanese towels with traditional stylized patterns of waves, purple flowers, or the cutest little Japanese dolls. And also multiple cheap Japanese dolls (not on towels). Hmmm, and processed packaged Japanese snacks that I started eating immediately in the parking lot. Oh, yeah, and that small one-hand sized rolling pin that is perfect for making mandoo wrappers. Japanese games made out of wood. Stickers to bring out the 9 year old in me. Plastic bento in the shape of panda bears. Little plastic molds to make onigiri in the shape of hearts, stars, what have you.
I think I spent about 3 hours here.
Two minor complaints:
Please have the cookbooks translated into English. I really want to learn how to make those jelly rolls that my mother always refused to buy for me.
Sure, the tupperware is cheap, but most of them don't have tight lids...hence, making the tupperware useless.
But, otherwise, it's near perfect consumer bliss.
I think I'm only going to take a quick look, but I always end up spending way too much time here. They have everything!
Items I've bought that I love:
1. faux wood print storage boxes
2. colorful claw clips - use them for everything
3. colorful paperclips
4. magnetic storage baskets - awesome
5. cute baby spoons/forks
6. glowsticks wands! (for the kiddies on halloween)
7. zippers for sewing things
8. metal Tins - so awesome
Items that I've bought because "it's only $1.50" but goes to the junk/save for later drawer:
1. felt coasters shaped like animals -i'll have to gift this
2. corkboard - i'll use it someday for something
3. window film - I'm hesitant to actually try these now
4. random print contact paper - i'll use these eventually.
5. colorful duck tape - it's useful right?
Oh, Daiso.
You have everything that I never knew I needed.
Bear shaped bathroom sponges? $2 fake eyelashes? Tabo (shower buckets) in blue, pink AND yellow?
Yes, please!
I came away with:
- eye make-up remover wipes
- face make-up remover wipes
- clear storage for my eyeshadow pallets
- makeup bags
- mini mandolin (surprisingly sharp. Great for garlic)
- face masks (the sort that go over your mouth & nose)
- one of those rough bath wash cloths that exfoliate
... and I can't really remember what else. At $1.50 - $3.00 a pop, I wasn't expecting much quality wise but I am pleasantly surprised at how well everything works (definitely going to stock up on the eye make up remover wipes).
No worries if the line is long, the cashiers move QUICKLY and were actually having a contest (who could cut down the line the quickest) when we were there.
6 stars!
I'm just saying...u gotta check this place out yo! Most all items $1.50 each...I mean c'mon folks one fiddy...right?
I got a few thangs...mostly massages for my sensitive self and they aren't bad. Its me being cheapo until I can get a "real" massage by a "real" person....ha! Anyways, I wish you guys can open up a store in LA!!!!
I can't wait to boil eggs and make into hearts and star shapes LOL!

I drove out here earlier this month to look for bento box containers. I did not leave this store empty handed. I liked the variety more than Ichiban-Kan. I felt Daiso's goods were better as they had diagrams on them which helped me figure out what the heck to do with them.
The staff is very nice and helpful. I interrupted two women with questions and they graciously stopped what they were doing and helped me.
You totally get bang for your buck!
Just a kiss and a promise. That's what I gave it. This is a place I would NEVER have known about w/o Yelp. It has been on my list since I read about it almost 2 years ago. Normally when I drive by this one I'm on my way to KCSM and don't have time to stop or I'm on my way home and don't see it. Out of sight, out of mind and all that.
Alan and I were early to friends' in Pacifica, where we were due at a dinner to surprise another friend on her birthday. We decided if we were early enough we would stop here and then Nordstrom Rack. We were, so we stopped here first. It was huge, clean and nicely laid out. I won't even try to describe all I saw. I don't think I got through 1/3 of the store before Alan got bored. I didn't think it would be his kind of place. I found a tube of lipstick for $2 and that was all I bought. I don't think I've spent that little for a lipstick since I was in junior high school and was first allowed to wear lipstick. One of these days I'll come back and cruise the rest of the store.
My only complaint is that the checkout line system isn't clear. There is a single line that feeds into all the open cash registers but I almost wandered into a an open checkstand by mistake until I realized and went to the end of the line. Another woman innocently did the same thing right in front of me when it was my turn, having waited through a lengthy line. She looked startled as I came up and told her I was next in line because she hadn't seen there was one. And thanks to sandie o. for the heads-up about the lack of public restrooms. That's good to know.
Next time I shop here I will have an idea of what I'm getting into and will leave lots of time to browse. Being visible from the freeway it was easy to find and there is ample parking in the lot in front.
-Tupperware in many sizes, colors, and shapes? Check!
-A million styles of pens, pencils, and highlighters? Check!
-Five billion styles of papers, journals, notebooks, and post-its? Check!
-Neat cooking tools and gadgets such as heart shaped cup cake molds? Check!
-Tons of make up (and other crap) that looks cool but you have no idea what exactly it is, or how to use it because it's all written in another language?? CHECK!!
Haha!! This place is so crazy. Lots of fun useful junk that you wouldn't have ever dreamed of!! I love their gift boxes which fit into another box. Makes giving gifts fun!! And they're all matching with themes and patterns! I went there today to pick up an eyelash curler, a make up bag (which is actually a bag used to hold small electronics), and also found some lipstick for $2. Thought, hell may as well try it! It's only $2!! I can't wait to move so I can fill my house with fun crap from this place!! Loves it!!
I was desperate for oyster shucking knives so I headed here for the first time, and wow what a craptacular collection of garbage... except they did have super cheap oyster knives that will probably break after 1-2 uses.
I don't think I'll ever be back here...
Lots of Japanese labeled knick knacks and low priced stuffs here. Not the highest, or even mid-high, quality. Still, mostly serviceable and stop-gap items that work - until one can get something better. Perfect for TTET! Went there to grab a bike light but it was sold out. Left an hour later with four items wasn't planning to get. Not good. The workers here are friendly and get you in and out of line quickly, though you have to bag your own purchases.
Easy to find (where that Good Guys used to be) off of Gellert Blvd, if coming from Hickey or Serramonte Blvd. No foods or drinks allowed inside. No restroom either.
What can I say.
I love this place. Reminds me of every little tiny and cute thing for the home, Big Lots style with Japanese flair.
I had to stop by and every single item was priced at $1.50. Who can complain with that? In addition, I will have to admit that despite the cheap price tags, they do not reflect in quality. This is no Walmart and neither is the clientele.
I purchased several cute stationery items (thank you cards), a bike light, a fruit paring knife that came with a sheath (perfect for picnics), coasters and a notebook for a friend of mine, as well as hard grape candy (muscat flavor) and the little Panda wafers filled with strawberry cream. A large housewares area as well as storage containers, since in Japan, you are pretty much pressed for space, so it is all about storage. I remember our grandparents home made use of every space known to man, especially under the staircase with these huge pullout wood stacked drawers.
Inexpensive and affordable, I'd recommend everyone to stop by if inclined to look for small gift items and stuff for the little apts/rooms we are all cursed with living in the Bay Area ;o)
After passing by this store everytime we go to Sarramonte, we finally go to it after discoverying what "Daiso" was in Seattle and Richmond, BC.
It is tons bigger and better than the Japantown store, but still disappointing when compared to the stores up north.
Aisles are spacious, 4-6 feet apart, and packed with merchandise for the most part.
I was looking to add to my ladybug tableware collection, but this store didn't have the same stuff that the Seattle store did, so I was SOL. I did find/purchase a pointless ladybug jar. :)
Aside from the plastics department, the rest of the store was NOT lighted very well. Dang this is a knick knack store, not some "romantic" hang out, so turn the freaking lights on!!!''
Lastly, this was a 1st for me....cashier scans your stuff, asks "Do you want a bag?!?" In my mind, I replied, "Um _____ yeah, how the _____ am I going to bring all this _____ to my car!" But the angel stopped me and I just said "yes."
After paying, we proceed to the table beneath the store policy sign that says something to the effect of "Bag your own _____. We are not responsible for ANY mistake. Additional bags cost .25" WTF!!!
I've never had to do that??? Odd experience - they should just offer self checkout like Walmart/Home Depot!
We still spent a good 1 1/2 there!
Lastly, some of their merchandise just doesn't cross over very well like Japanese foam flags learning toys or stationary learning stuff (all of which is in Japanese). Some things were priced from $6-24, so not all bargains.
I really wanted to LOVE this place but in the end it was a nice store.
If you are going for the first time....USE THE BATHROOM BEFORE you go in! The do not have a public restroom and you are guaranteed to spend at least 1 1/2 hours in there!
The place is tidy and pretty interesting to those who aren't of Japanese decent. I am 99% positive that all their items are printed in Japanese so it's kind of fun trying to figure out, "what's this for?"
I spent 20 bucks and came out with a ton of items. Most of the items are priced at $1.50 and if not it's labeled. I know I'll be back, SOON!
BTW...most interesting item I saw in there? A cloth that snaps around the toilet seat. Hmmm, I wonder how cold their toilets really are over there? LOL
Wow- this place is like a Japanese Dollar store. Its got aisles of stuff that has no practical use and its all dirt cheap. I am not sure the plastic food containers they sell here won't give people the cancer, but it costs pennies, so who cares.
BUY MORTIMER! BUY!
I love this store! Everything is so cheap and they sell EVERYTHING! I love Japanese candy :) I even bought a harness for my pup here! Unfortunately, it's kinda far for me and I don't usually come out here when I come to the bay, but I'll definitely be back in the future
Love it.
Miles of star shaped sponges, mini soy sauce containers, cake boxes, banana holders, adorable aprons, pens, gift bags, baskets, toy trains, napkins, serveware, baubles and trinkets.....
I don't need it. But, I WANT it.
And I can have most of it for about $1.50 a pop.
Awesomeness.
This place is like a japanese ikea. It's full of cheap, useless junk you probably don't need but you want because it looks like something cool to have and costs you nothing.
I love to come here and just look at the things on the shelves when I'm around the Serramonte area. I usually start from the left side of the store because that's where all the interesting stuff is; the right side is just full of plastic containers. You know how sometimes you're in ikea and you see something interesting but you don't know what the heck its for? Well, you can experience that at Daiso now too! Everything is encrypted in Japanese and you only have the pictures and possibly couple poorly translated words to go with it. But will that stop me from buying this mystery item, probably not because I'll find a use for it as a gift or something. Which reminds me, this place is great for secret santa or white elephant. I mean you can just buy $20 worth of junk here and you'll probably have at least one item that the receiver will enjoy.
Great place! Full of wonderful, creative junk!
you know that ride at disneyland 'its a small world?'
well, this place is very reminiscent of that.
it's so colorful with its loads and loads of useless/useful crap, whichever way you want to go, you're bound to stare in amazement.
i mean, this is your one-stop shop for errthang! and it's cheap too.
the perfect place to get your 'recessionista' digs.
Daiso or The Daiso is the largest franchise of 100-yen (their equivalent to $ stores stateside)shops in Japan owned by Daiso Sangyo Corp. Daiso has a range of over 90,000 goods, of which over 40 percent are imported goods, most of them from China. Many of these are own-brand goods.
Daiso sets itself apart from other 100 yen shops by choosing not to sell closeout or factory second merchandise. Instead, they keep prices low by purchasing directly from manufacturers in very high volume, a strategy often compared to Wal-mart. While the prices are low, & in many cases identical items are sold for more elsewhere, in some cases the quality reflects the low price.
Daiso categorizes all its own-brand items on sale using the morpheme za (), the Japanese representation of the English word "the", plus a category. For example, za purasuchikku () is the category for plastic items such as plastic buckets or trays.
In 2004, Daiso also started selling items priced at multiples of 100 yen, such as 200, 300, 400 or 500 yen. Examples of such items would be children's clothing or large toys. Nowadays very few things are still 100 yen. The US locations have increased accordingly.
The Daly City Daiso is located where the vacated Circuit City store used to be in the Serramonte Shopping Center. Plenty of free parking. The isles are pretty well organised. Like Ichiban Kan, Daiso carries a selection of expired or near-expired foodstuffs.
Santa's Yelper sez: " The Daiso is big & fun to browse, but THE quality can be iffy. THE location is convenient. Great for THE party favours & THE decorations!"
This ginormous glob of a Japanese dollar store has far more leverage over any American dollar store.
There were things in here I didn't know existed, and everything in here comes neatly packaged in neon and spammed in Japanese graphics. Even down to the metric sized tools, nuts and bolts. No space is spared from the onslaught of design overload.
I got lost in there for a good hour or so with all the pretty and shiny things pulling me left and right, almost as if I was in a huge maze designed for rats. I eventually made my way out of the place, but only with the help of my Japanese girlfriend who held the key to deciphering the clues hidden in Japanese hieroglyphs.
Good place for cheap stuff when you need to organize....
.....not the best place for snacks.

I was at a Curl's Jr. the other day having a 6 dollar burger for a 1st time thinking this is BullShit.
I'll say, Don't bother me, I am angry eating this crap.
If you see the 6 dollar angus beef burger vertically, it looks like a cheap vagina.
why a bunch of green onion at any market is put together with 2 blue rubber bands?
I hate the blue rubber bands.
And a paper band thing with a wire in it, for a bunch of spinach, I hate that too.

I think I caught cold.
Btw, Nini D. said, "The Japanese version of barbie was Jenny! I used to have those when I was a kid!"
where would i be without daiso? i'll tell you, i would be without HEART and STAR shaped hard boiled eggs and really no life is complete without this. this discount store is sssssooooo awesome. they have everything you could ever not think of.
to elaborate on my little adventure through daiso, i bought gift cards that have a squirrel on them that read "this is the place he sits it is comfortable" who doesn't need that, i bought these egg shaping contraptions that make stars and hearts out of hard boiled eggs-a no brainer on that one, 3 bento boxes for 10 bucks, a workout bra, a bandanna, chopsticks, a BANANA holder who doesn't want to ensure the safety of their banana in tgravel?
all this for about 23 bucks....yeah i know...daiso
p.s. no returns no drink no food no pet no exchange no check no bathroom no bags no groups of kids
Walk in with a purpose or risk losing 3 hours of your life!
I first saw saw this Daiso over,, well let's just say I watched its conversion from the old Good Guys into what it is now. Every time I went by kept meaning to visit but for some reason it just didn't happen. Then one lazy Saturday I wandered in and BAM! I was in heaven.
First thing I ran into was a bag of Lichi gummy candies. I used to buy these in a little storefront when I worked downtown in SF. When the company I worked for moved to Daly City I thought I was saved from being attacked by another bag of those little Lichi devils. Oh No! A fresh place with a steady supply is now too close to home to run from!
Besides the really cool snack food section to destroy me, Daiso is also a place of wonder for both children and adults alike. They have a wall of low cost kitchen utensils, A cool toy section. Cheap tools that still have enough quality to be a good value. Plenty of other places in the store to chip away at your wallet a dollar (now $1.50) at a time.
You want pet products? They have a bowl, food and house for Fifi!
You want hardware? Right this way Mr. and Ms handyperson!
Your stationary running a littly low? Come get some cool new paper here to write your next novel on!
Need a resonably priced good looking single bowl? They seem to make them on site.
Plants out of control? Come get your mini-trellis here!
Your backside a little dirty? They have toilet paper too! With instructions written in completely Japanese. Just right for that visiting aunt and uncle who cannot understand a thing in english! Japanese handsoap on the same aisle.
Along with a bazillion other tiny sections of "stuff" I was happy to find one thing that even the Targets and Walmarts of the world seem to lack. Namely a little net wash bag. Very handy for use in keeping things from getting beat up in the washing machine. Also found a microwave egg cooker. Damn the distractions!
I do warn the reader to be careful that you go into Daiso with a list in your hand. Wander in one afternnon without that list and you'll be lucky to make it out alive before sundown!
For the people who might just remember, Daiso is the perfect replication of what a small Woolworth's or TG&Y was years ago. Plenty of things you might need. Lots of things that sneak in your basket before you leave. The perfect execution of what yesteryears' "five and dime" was in modern times.
Last week I went to a similar store and bought $10 worth of stuff for my sweet girl. This week I took both of my girls to Daiso at the recommendation of my Yelp buddy Genevieve Y after she read my review of a similar kind of store. This place was exactly what she said it would be which was great for my older daughter who found a lot to get excited about! My younger one struggled to reach her pre-agreed upon $15 maximum spending limit.
I had a great time walking through the Asian dollar store while my girls did their own shopping together. It was neat to walk around and be a part of the crazy busy beehive of people with baskets full of stuff that I found interesting to look at and imagine how it all makes sense. For example, one basket: eyelashes, whitening facial masque, rubber gloves, tea pot, 3 sake cups - not tea cups (3 not 4 or 2. . . he must have more of that particular one at home) and sticker "dress up doll." The person carrying this basket was male, mid 40's. I started concocting all these crazy scenarios why this stuff was needed and how it would be used. Surely it couldn't be something so boring like his girlfriend asked him to buy this stuff for her. I have a much more wicked imagination than that! ::laughing::
If I were a writer, this place would provide the ideal backdrop for inspiration - regardless of the type of book I wrote, this place is teeming with interesting story line openers!
As I stood in the long line, there was a little girl driving her mom bonkers repeating the same question over and over "Why can't I have this, mom?" then it changed to "Mom, why can't I have it?" The second round included foot stomping in place, bouncing up and down and rapid finger tapping on mother's bottom as she faced away from her child engrossed in the package of whatever random thing she was holding.
I was so glad I took the advice of fellow Yelp buddy Steve L to set a limit because once we hit the store, I told my younger daughter the limit, handed her the cash, and off she went with her older sister which spared us from that all too common theme of child begging at the register. In the end, we bought all kinds of great stuff and had a lot of fun!
The fun continues as I sit here wondering why the dishwashing gloves I bought there are both for the right hand and why my utensil tray only has 3 grooves that are too short for my silverware? Whatever, it was $1.50 each!
That is why I love this store and will come back again and again and again! ::laughing:: Life should always as fun as this!
I. Love. Daiso.
I love all Japanese home goods is what it really comes down to. But seriously, the first time I came into this store, I probably spent 30 minutes in their kitchen section alone. They've got nearly everything( except a musubi maker... very surprising). But they've got like molds to make your rice heart shaped. they've got the fake grass to separate your sushi from your wasabi. They have little to go lunch boxes, and a wall of kitchen doodads you think you absolutely need.
The kid section is awesome and full of goofy costumes, masks, toys. I got a slappy hand thing and giant bow tie for my upcoming adventure to Black Rock City. And if you're looking for small to medium size containers, Daiso's got it all.
The best thing is that most items are like $1.50. So you can buy a boatload of crap and not break the bank. Then you go to Target, you know one of the 2 RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER, and feel sad because things aren't as cheap as Daiso and you feel like everyone took their kids here on a field trip that day.
I just learned there is a Daiso in Japantown. I think I might go there right now just for the sheer fun of it. And then I can also stop into Ichi Ban Kan. wooo
This is the biggest Daiso I've seen in the Bay Area! I love how much selection there is here and everything doesnt look cramped together.
And the best thing about it is that its across the street from a mall!!
This is my Japanese HEAVEN. I have a bajillion things from Daiso in my house. Combs, laundry hampers, hair pins, hair ties, cups and bowls, and just HELLA stuff from here. It's so cheap, too. Almost everything is like $1.50 However, it is dangerous for your wallet. You come in here unsuspecting, thinking you're here just to browse.. And you leave, not empty handed, but with an empty wallet.
I always spend tens of dollars every time I come here. Oh my gosh.
LOVE!
I was in the area and decided to finally stop by and check it out. This place totally reminds me of the 100 yen stores in Japan - their version of the Dollar Tree. It was a good thing that we were pressed for time (and money) because a 15 minute browse could easily have turned into at least a 2 hour shopping discovery. My main purpose was to get driving gloves. The long ones that go past your elbows to protect your arms from the suns damaging rays and in my world...to keep them from getting darker. Seriously. It's an Asian/Pacific Islander thing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! In fifteen minutes I found the gloves, $1.50 bamboo knitting needles!!!!!!!!!! and oil blotting sheets!!!!!!!!!!! I shall return, if only to find and buy unintentionally hilarious greeting cards with awkward English!
This place has everything you might need or want. Remember though since it's cheap it might break in a day or two after you get it/use it. It all depends on what you get. Some snacks are past their expiration date but I don't think that matters too much. I love their assortment of kitchen and home goods. But anything to do with cleaning isn't worth it. Laundry hampers, kitchen supplies, they all break after barely using them. For those kinds of things go to Target. For knick-knacks or small gifty things go to Daiso.
I love the $1 store at the SF Japantown but that location is tiny compared to this store. Although the prices are a little bit more expensive. Most things are $1.50 and up. The variety is amazing. You could get lost here for days wandering the aisles for random objects that you never thought you might need. I spent at least an hour here my first trip and ended up with a bag full of useful and not so useful things. I did get some pretty useful colored vinyl tape for my db paddle which I did not expect to be able to find here. I will definitely be back!
This location is SO MUCH bigger than the ones in Union City and Newark.
I got a bunch of baking supplies for $1.50 each, such as mini tart pans, silver foil cupcake wrappers, melon scooper, soup ladle, candy molds, baker's blade, sifter, whisks...
the only bad thing is no returns and self bagging.
Daiso why don't you come to NYC area?! This store branch was amazing and the selection is very broad. I stuffed as much as I could onto my carry-on bag. Would definitely go again next time I'm on way to SFO.
I love you Daiso. Every time I come here, it's like a treasure hunt for the cutest things I can find for a buck or two.
For example: I purchased an neon green colored dream journal for $1.50, which I plan on keeping for a really long time. In my other visits, I have purchased some food containers, cute notebooks, and paper boxes to store notes that were passed in class (memories), photographs, and etc.
With prices going up almost everywhere, I can come here and know that I'm getting my money's worth.
