Once again, I'm on a mission to try out all the smaller coffee shops around town...well the NW part of Houston. I drive by this place everytime I make my way out to Cy-Fair College to do some tutoring but I'm always running on a tight schedule that I'm never able to stop to grab a cup of coffee. Today was a little different.
I pulled into the parking lot and noticed that they have a drive through at this location. I'll keep that in mind for next time when it's raining and I don't want to get out of my car. The set up is similar to the other location on Eldridge. It's small and cozy and the menu has a lot of variety. The pastry selection was really small and it seemed like items you can get at the local warehouse store just sold individually instead of in bulk. My eyes weren't pleased so I just decided to order a beverage. I know it's a coffee house, but I didn't feel like a coffee at that moment so I opted for a pomegranate blueberry frozen tea. The counter person suggested it and it was a good suggestion. It hit the spot and held my stomach over til I was done tutoring and gave me enough energy to hit the gym afterward.
The service is great. The drink I got was good. The pastry selection was the only downfall to this place but I would go back and maybe they'll get more food selections next time.
