I am the master when it comes to automobile multi-tasking.

I can check the blackberry, program the GPS and add sugar to my latte all while driving in the rain while being surrounded by four senior citizens in Cadillacs.  

All of this happens often without incident.

Well what do you know?

The one day my hands are at 10 and 2 with both eyes on a clear road I plow into another car.

Awesome.

Given that it was "my fault" (yeah, the insurance lady told me to stop using those quotations cause it was in fact, my fault, yet I still disagree) I had to pony up for the deductible.

The guys at D&D are awesome.

They kept me in the loop on everything that was happening and everything they did.  

While I appreciated the effort it was like I was listening to Sanskrit.  

You see, I am pretty useless when it comes to cars.  

I'd say that is my ONLY fault.  Anyone?  Anyone?

Thanks to D&D my car looks good as new and was actually washed and detailed for the first time.  

Whack.
