Incredibly polite and non-judgmental. I walked in wearing work clothes and was treated with courtesy and respect and my silly questions were listened to and answers were explained clearly. They cleaned my grimy ring to look like new again in a few minutes and helped me get sized for a ring in less than a minute. Consummate professional with legitimate concern for my satisfaction with the work.

I have gone to this shop for 10 years to have my swiss watch maintained. It was a convenient location, so i didn't mind that they sent it out, and marked it up. They got the job done, and were nice. Took them over 3 week's to get a battery replaced and watch cleaned, but i was ok with that. More recently, i asked them to work on the watch, which required some welding. They indicated it would be too difficult, even though i had all the parts. Their in house person looked at it, and their recommendation was to buy a new watch. Fast forward a few months later, i stopped in at another watch repair shop. I showed them the watch. They took it in, evaluated it, welded it, got it all fixed in 1 day. So, bottom line, i would not recommend this place as a jeweler for fixing your watches. Can't speak to anything else.

Beware of this store. It is close to where we live, so my wife took her diamond wedding ring there for an insurance appraisal. Instead of doing this, the manager gave her a gloom and doom verbal pitch for repairs, saying that the ring was falling apart, needing at least $3,500 of work. The whole transaction had a bad vibe, like she was being hustled. Thereafter, she took the ring to her regular jeweler in downtown Seattle, who said that none of this was necessary.

The best customer service you can find anywhere. These guys really care about what is the best for you and are so pleasant to work with. We were in a time rush and David was able to order us a ring in under 24 hours, truly went above and beyond! Very grateful for the opportunity to do business with Dacel's.

Ryan and team are awesome! I have purchased most of our jewelry from Dacels and have never been disappointed! I stopped in on a Saturday to pick out something for our 25th wedding anniversary. Gave Ryan a few ideas and he put together exactly what I had picture. It was a project and his jewelry designer (forgot her name sorry) dropped everything and created an incredible ring and earrings which encompassed some stones from the ring in 3 days on time for anniversary! Incredible service! It's expensive but the jewelry is top notch and they always stand behind their work. We bring stuff in several times a year for tune ups and cleanings! They are wonderful! Thanks Ryan and team for always beating my expectations!

I absolutely love this jeweler! They are so nice and they do an amazing job. I had my ring resized here and they got it done 2 days early! Definitely recommended!

I'm disappointed in Dacels customer relations and honestly expected more from a store that claims 'world class service'. My husband recently took my 5 year old wedding ring that he bought from Dacels in for a routine cleaning and check. They told him that the middle diamonds prongs weren't as secure as they could be and that they recommended spending an extra $100 to fix the problem,
My issue is why would they sell a ring with loose fittings and why won't they correct the problem at no charge because it's a settings failure.

The one piece of jewelry a women wears, her wedding ring, is the most vulnerable for constant wear and tear. After five years, it's not uncommon for the center diamond prongs to become worn down or the diamond to become loose. We take great pride in our 40 Year reputation, quality, and customer service. I would love the opportunity for you to come in the store and review your repair under the microscope. We are open Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 6pm.

My level of customer service began with a five and finished with a zero! Dacels was a referral from a family member. When I originally visited the store, they were very happy to help me find what I thought would be the perfect engagement ring store. After three successful meetings, I made a purchase. Since this was a surprise gift, we spoke about having the flexibility to return the stone if necessary.
After a successful proposal, my fiance visited the store the next day with setting photos and ideas, as well as wanting to see additional stone options. After she left the store, the customer service level dropped immediately - no communication when promised, never receiving pricing information on additional stones/settings, and a missed appointment. The disappointment and lack of service we received took the sails out of our excitement of the engagement.
After five weeks we'd had enough. Upon reaching out and letting them know we want to return the stone due to horrible customer service and go with a different jeweler, Dacels told us they have a 'no return policy.' Basically we are now forced to settle with their horrible service and original stone, upgrade to a bigger purchase or sell it and use another jeweler with better customer service; either way we loose.

Rob was incredibly helpful with finding us the right set of rings for our wedding. He had some stones special ordered and my ring was custom-made to fit my unique taste. He assured us that we would be pleased with the results. Each time we stopped by he found time to treat us as his guests.
Until we paid. Once he had our money in full, he had no interest in discussing potential flaws in my ring's construction and even denied that they existed, though other people can easily see the off-center setting and discoloration of several (created) stones. We figure he just didn't want to have the ring remade, but that's no way to treat a customer (especially since we didn't want it remade anyway).
