D'amico music is a great little music shop in Niagara Falls. I took lessons there from a guy named Angelo that was absolutely amazing. Jerry, the owner actually was a big time sax player according to my family... really famous around Western New York. Not sure if he plays still, but you can tell if he's working the front counter if his big black cadillac is parked out from. The entire staff is great there, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy an instrument or take lessons.

This is a very laid back kind of place. An older man and his daughter own it. Everybody is really sweet- I felt like such a dork when I first started. I mean, usually you start learning stuff like this when you are a kid right? Well, I have been taking piano lessons for a little over a year now, and my teacher is great. She's taught me a lot considering sometimes I think I'm a slight pain in the ass.

It costs $12.50 a lesson, or $50 for a four week month. I'm not sure about every instrument they teach there, but I have seen- flute, guitar, drums, bass guitar, clarinet, and once possibly a violin?

Everybody who has taken lessons here seems to have liked it!
