If you pass up the place because this is your first time coming here, then don't worry. The place is hard to find. In fact, its a stand alone building, which is far from the 176- you'll have to find the very long driveway to get there. Or you can go into the parking lot of Kmart, which is next door to the South- once in the parking lot drive North and then look to the Northeast. You should (finally) see D'Agnese's and the short cut from the Kmart parking lot.
Well by the time you reached D'Agnese's you'll have worked up an appetite. Just getting there is half the adventure! :=P
D'Agnese's is a small to medium sized dining room with full bar where the walls are woody, easy on the decor, nice to the eye, and stacks of wine bottles on their sides ready to be opened and drunk. The inside might as well be rustic meets contemporary. Overall, very relaxing.
Service is friendly, attentive, and prompt. With every meal, you get two warm hard rolls with what tastes like a homemade garlic butter. Very yummy!
For lunch, I had the baked cheese ravioli. This is presented on a large white plate with several good sized raviolis topped with a light yet full-flavored marinara sauce, melted Mozzarella Cheese, and freshly chopped basil leaves. Every bite was warm, full of flavor, but not too overwhelming and heavy. The cost? $8.00 and well worth it! Overall, their meal prices are very good. Competitive with some of the other Italian restaurants in the area.
Loud jazz music played in the background, which was okay, though for a moment made me think I was in a "real" coffeehouse.
Affordable, casual dining in a classy atmosphere. Ideal for Valentines Day dates... wait, that was last weekend! :=D

I'm Italian, make my own family sauce, but absolutely love the atmosphere, presentation, flavor profiles, and everything about this place. It's off the beaten path behind some laundry mat, but so well worth it. Was recommended it by a friend and her family, and it does not disappointed one bit! Chicken D'Agnese is my item of choice every tim
