This place truly sucks !!! I took my BMW Dakar there about 4 years ago.
I was having a surging stalling problem, and the owner said he could fix it no problem. (truth is they don't know crap about BMW's)
What this place likes to do as well as other Motorcycle mechanic's is
"store" your bike till the owner is willing to pay to get it back. That's what these guys tried and I called them out on it. He tried giving me some bllsht about ordering a part, and then weeks later when I bugged him about it he said "oh....yeah I got the part in now" I went down there and said "show me the part " and lied about not knowing where it is.
He lied several times saying they had my bike apart at that very moment , so since I live near by I checked and NO !!!! it was parked in another area .
So they tried to keep my bike hostage and I got in their faces and made the little piece of crap almost cry. I know so many peeps who have had a problem with these guys. They should be put out of buisness !!
Do what I do now .........
DO ALL THE WORK ON YOUR MOTORCYCLE YOURSELF....unless it's pretty involved. Stay away from Honda of Hollywood to
If a $2000-inflated quote for women only sounds good to you, try this place out!
Don't you hate it when stereotypes are fulfilled?
Crooked motorcycle shops are a dime a dozen. This place is no exception from the sad old "attack" dog chained to a stake in the asphalt, to the utter disarray of motorcycle carnage that they call a "shop."
I went in here to check out what they had, expressed interest in a light sport bike and was directed to an 80's Honda Shadow with no wheels and an engine that surprisingly didn't start. And as I mentioned above, was quoted somewhere around $4000.
They assured me if I came back in an hour they could have the thing off blocks and start the engine for me- hope they aren't still waiting.
I had one good experience here when I had them tune the carbs on my bike, however my second experience was awful. It made me question the honesty of their business practices.
I brough in my Magna to service the steering head bearing. After two weeks of waiting for the part that was always supposed to arrive 'tomorrow', I finally demanded my bike back. The owner said that he wouldn't give it back until I paid him for 4 hours of labor for diagnosing the problem. I'm not convinced that they ever touched the bike! After exchanging a few pleasantries, we agreed on a few bucks for storage. What a scam!
Bottom line, unless you need a simple service that is priced up front, stay away!
Awful shop. I brought a bike there to have them bleed the front brake and they couldn't even do that right. It looks like a front for drug money or something. How they stay in business is a mystery.
Believe the reviews. I received the worst service of all time here. Brad V. I agree, I think the shop must be a sham faux front for some other kind of operation, 'cause they certainly aren't concerned with keeping customers happy.
if i could give zero stars, i would. super shady. still owe me money from selling my bike. totally unorganized. they lie through their teeth. the owner sucks. stay away!!!!
This place should be shut down. It's a pit.
