Cycling for the novice can be very overwhelming and incredibly intimidating. The coaches of Austin Cycle Camp create a safe and comfortable environment for all their clients, while at the same time providing challenging workouts that push them beyond their comfort zone and aid them in accomplishing things on the bike they never thought possible.  In addition to their expertise in fitness and their prodigious knowledge of the sport itself, Austin Cycle Camp provides clients of ALL levels with the personalized attention necessary to meet any of their fitness goals.
As a client of 8 months I have progressed from the inability of keeping my bike upright (literally) to the capability of riding the hills of places like Fredericksburg and Blanco. The Dam Loop? Piece of cake!
Austin Cycle Camp is the bomb!

Austin Cycle Camp SAVED MY LIFE...... errr actually they improved it and helped improve my Mountain Bike fitness. I joined the team and began working out with them on a road bike with the goal of building my fitness for my mountain bike racing dreams. In the first season the best finish I achieved in 3 races was 24th. this was with much struggle. This year my best finish has been 11th and might have been 8th if not for a slight mishap. Honestly when I joined Austin Cycle Camp and began training I saw improvements right away. I was real reluctant of the always intimidating road bike scene and Cycle Camp helped bring me into the fold. Now I ride regularly in all disciplines (Mountain Bike, Road, Cycle Cross) Cycling fitness is a science, simply going out for a ride with no one pushing you won't make the novice better. These guys will help you get there

Austin Cycle Camp and the crew are amazing. Their clinics are fantastic and packed with tons of great tips and information. Their fitness clinic started me on a road that has led me to becoming a competitive Triathlete. Their weekend and day long destination rides are purely amazing. Trey, Lucy and Dave are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. If you are looking for training, coaching, fun rides and great conversation check them out!

History

Established in 2009

Cycle Camp USA has one mission - to improve your enjoyment of road cycling.  We do that by helping you build better bike fitness and better bike handling

The company started in 2009 as Austin Cycle Camp.  We began by offering fitness training classes including America's first BootCamp for bikes.

From there, we began developing a personal training model for cycling.  Our personal training allows clients one on one time with our coaches.  During these sessions, we focus on building better bike handling through a structured program of lessons.

In the Fall of 2011, the company decided to open up locations outside of Austin and was renamed Cycle Camp USA.

Meet the Business Owner: Trey S.

An avid cyclist for over 20 years, Trey is one of the founders of Cycle Camp USA.  His cycling background began in the 80s, back when Greg Lemond was a force to be reckoned with and click shifting was considered revolutionary.

Trey's cycling interest led him to triathlon where he competed in the North Carolina Triathlon Series, placing in the top five in his age group in 2004.  After getting a taste for the mid distance triathlons, Trey turned his sights to long course work, and in 2005 he completed Ironman Arizona.

Trey is a USA Cycling coach and the father of three children.
