I have never actually gone here to use the internet, but my friends and I frequent Cyber Cafe because they have delicious bubble tea. Although the selection is small, and some of the flavors disappointing, they have the best mocha bubble tea that I have ever had (and believe me, I've been to quite a few bubble tea joints.) It's very clean and has some very comfortable couches and cushy chairs to sit in.
However, there are a few things you have to know:
1) Depending on who's working the register when you go, you might run into some language barriers (that is, if you're not Korean.)
2) For some mysterious reason, you'll likely see some prostitutes at Cyber Cafe. My friends and I have run into them, without fail, every time we go there. However, aside from this, the place is not shady, and I have never seen this cause any problems.
3) The thai iced tea flavor bubble tea is pretty nasty and bitter. I wouldn't recommend it.
Warning: avoid the bathroom at all costs. Make sure if you go there to not have too many bubble drinks cause then you may have to use one of the foulest bathrooms ever invented.
As far as the computers, lets just say that using a PC after someone named "poohjoy" --and that's not a reference to "Winnie-the-Pooh" (dude, you forgot to log-off, ew she said "log") made me so skeeved out that I finally broke down and got me a computer the next day. Right after I took a shower in bleach. If you go there a lot, be prepared to hear the same songs over and over and over...
I went to Cyber Cafe to get a bubble drink but the guy that makes the drinks was standing outside smoking a cigarette and had his hand down his pants. Nevermind.
I can walk 4 blocks and buy tart froyo by weight. Oh I think I'm in heaven. It's not the BEST out there but the fact that I can walk there is all it takes to win me over. Another plus is that they are open till 1am! Man, I love living in Temescal.
