1 review for CVS Pharmacy
This is our neighborhood CVS, so I end up going there most of the time *strictly* due to convenience (and primarily because it makes the most sense to have our prescriptions filled close by). There was a manager who was awful, but I haven't seen him there lately (I even complained to the CVS corporate office about him - *twice*, no less - and it's really pathetic if a *manager* is awful!). Until today, I thought the pharmacy staff were far superior to the (mostly-unfriendly/-unhelpful/sometimes even downright *nasty*) store staff - but there was a really nasty young woman working in the pharmacy and the other woman working there didn't care one bit. Naturally the pharmacy manager wasn't there today, but he or she is going to get an earful sometime soon....
If it wasn't for the fact that I'm so devoted to CVS products and CVS also has great customer benefits (such as CVS bucks & internet discounts), I would go elsewhere. Oh, wait a minute; *where* would I go?! The Rite Aid in our area is even (far) *worse* (including the selection & layout) and there's no Duane Reade near us. Well; it looks like I'm stuck with this CVS....
