As a MN Packer fan, we make a semi-annual trip to Lambeau Field over the holidays.  This is always a favorite stop of ours.

During a mid-day break, we swing into Curly's for some beer and food.  The beer is mediocre at best, but when you are at Lambeau, everything tastes better!  We really go back for favorites like the Beer Cheese Mac and Cheese and the Beer Cheese spread appetizer.  (See a theme?)

I will agree with other reviewers that nothing will really blow you away (except the Beer Cheese Mac and Cheese).  However, our highlight is sitting by the windows along the players parking lot.  Like a 16 year old girl at prom or my 7 year old at Christmas, we sit there patiently and silently, all giddy, waiting to see who will walk out of the building next.  Will we see their face, or just the back of their hoodie?  What kind of car do they drive?  (Depending on the temperature and your patience, you can even go down to the parking lot gate to get autographs.)

The location is the highlight, but you will not be disappointed by going.  However, if you are a true fan, wait for a table by the windows.  It is worth it!  See you in a couple of years Curly's!

Summary: If you're there for the Packers game, it's the best place in the stadium! Friendly service, fun atmosphere, low prices, and decent food.

Food: Ordered cheese curds, beer cheese dip, the buffalo chicken sandwich, and a lot of beer.  Let's start with the beer.  Cold and refreshing.  Cheese curds - lot of batter, but extra crispy and delicious.  Probably a little on the greasy side, but that went well with the beer.  The beer cheese dip portion was pretty huge and it tasted ok - nothing special.  The buffalo chicken sandwich was terrible.  The bottom part of the bun was extremely soggy (not from the sauce though - it was like they poured a bunch of water on it).  I had to eat the sandwich with a fork and knife.  The blue cheese coleslaw on the sandwich did not taste like blue cheese or coleslaw - just didn't taste like anything.

Service: Friendly and attentive.  Betsy was awesome.

Ambiance: Nice, clean, but kind of sterile in terms of decor. Servers and crowd are friendly.  There were a bunch of TV to watch the early game which was great.

Wait time: Got there at 11:15am (kickoff was 3:30pm).  Didn't have to wait for a seat, but glad we got there then because there was a huge wait starting close to noon.

Miscellaneous observations: It's ok to be a fan of the other team, just don't be a jerk about it and everybody (including myself) will be nice to you.

    Beer? Sure. Food? NO.

I grew up in Green Bay, so I've never really done any of the touristy stuff.  I moved far, far away and I recently brought my boyfriend to meet my parents. We took the stadium tour and did that whole thing, then headed upstairs for food.

What. Are. You. Doing?  It was TERRIBLE.  My boyfriend got a tuna melt that smelled so fishy that I could smell it coming in a very unpleasant way.  My mom got a beef sandwich and the beef was so processed... it was basically beef flavored salt slab. Gross. My mom was beside herself... as she should have been.  People from all over come to Lambeau Field, and therefore end up at Curly's.  What a horrifying impression of Green Bay to give them!

The quality of ingredients was just awful. AWFUL.

If you're visiting Lambeau, for the love of all that's holy, LEAVE THE STADIUM TO EAT.  Go to Kroll's across the street.  That's a Green Bay tradition, and it's delicious.

Food is pretty good, not a lot of beer options, but having a very good restaurant inside of Lambeau Field = high rating from me! I like coming here on a Saturday night before a game to get fired up for Sunday!

CHEESE CURD FRIES--like batter-fried mozzarella sticks
--but smaller--which means more batter, more crunch
    --playing off softer cheese
    --probably more fattening but tastier
ARCHITECTURE--I want this place to be old
    --like most of Lambeau Field
--but no one complains with a Best Buy array of 100+ big-screens.

Admittedly, this was my first trip to Lambeau, so I can't compare it with any other restaurants inside NFL stadiums.

Our server, Sunny, was fantastic.  Before I even thought about needing a refill, she'd already brought them.  She brought things to the table in anticipation of our needs.  Considering how busy it was, good service was the last thing that I expected.

Since we can't get cheesecurds at home, we felt obligated to do so here.  I wasn't expecting much because it was so busy.  The curds took about 3 minutes from the time we ordered them until we received them at our table.  They were so good!

I went with a standard burger and upgraded to sweet potato fries.  The fries were probably not made onsite, but they were still awesome.  My burger, requested to be medium was.  The price was shockingly low at around $9.

My hubby decided to forego the typical fare and got the Pot Roast Sandwich.  Wow!  This was so good, it could easily have cost twice what it did (around $8) at a fancy restaurant.  He opted for the coleslaw and it was typical WI.  It took me right back to picnicking at the Sun Prairie Corn Fest.  In other words, it was fantastic.

Our meal cost about $30 and we were 100% satisfied despite the 40 minute wait to get in.  The service was topnotch and the food was far better than just typical "bar food".  The prices were phenomenal considering that we were inside Lambeau Field.

I would recommend Curly's to anyone who is in Green Bay passing through to Door County, or who is there for the game.  Oh, and don't forget to ask for Sunny.  She's sure to make your day.

We had never been to Lambeau field; so we decided to take a trip out to Greenbay specifically to see it and take a tour. We of course had to have lunch and what better place to eat than the restaurant available right inside the stadium? It was pretty great.....

We entered at the Sports Bar side of the restaurant and seated ourselves. The service was friendly....a little slow but there were a lot of tables that were full so I can't complain. The menu is pretty much what you'd expect in a sports bar; burgers, fries, and other fried foods. We ordered; I had the Beer Cheese and Bacon Burger with fries, and hubby had the Hot Link and sauerkraut topped burger with fries.

The food came out and looked yummy and I smashed down my bun on the big glob of beer cheese piled on top and I knew right then and there......this was gonna be wrong but oh so right......

The burgers were so juicy and flavorful....it literally dripped down your face. The beer cheese melted into a thick creamy paste like cream cheese melting on a toasted bagel.....it was gooey rich and delicious....BUT the richness killed me about half way through........Despite the tummy ache I knew I would suffer I managed to push through and finish this tasty burger......

Excellent pub located upstairs at Lambeau Field.  I've eaten here a couple of times and the food has always been excellent.  The have a pretty good selection of local beers (local being Wisconsin).  I prefer Leinenkugel, which is nearly impossible to find back home in CA.

The staff is very friendly and efficient.  Definitely stop by if you're in Green Bay!

Excellent Pub food, went during a Packers game.  Try Curly's brew its a Brown/Amber ale very good.  Must have the fried cheese curds, there served with marinara sauce, and their pretzel bites served with cheese and honey mustard.  The atmosphere is great and the service is prompt!!

Had dinner here when I was visiting relatives for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Exceptional service from our waitress Cheryl and very good deep-fried cheese curds as an appetizer.  We had salads and burgers.  All very good.

Food is good.  A little pricey, but you can't beat the venue.  Don't sit in the back bar - the service is slow

This is a great place to grab a bite and watch a game. Since it is located in the Lambeau Field Atrium it's perfect to go to before or after going to the Pro-shop, Packer Hall of Fame, taking a Stadium Tour or any other reason why you are at Lambeau. The service is extremely friendly (Especially for someone like me coming from LA), the food is really good and they've got a great local beer called "Spotted Cow" that I highly recommend trying. If you are making your way to Lambeau then definitely make a stop here.

The Pub Atmosphere was very festive even on the night before a home game.  I like the size of the place and Packers billiard tables and other signs and pictures on all the walls, etc.  And they let you enter historic Lambeau Field if you are just coming here to eat/drink on a non-game day.... so this great for those that want to visit Lambeau but don't have a ticket to the game.  You can take some nice photos of the Atrium and even take a stadium tour (sign up in the Packer Hall of Fame downstairs).  As for Curlys Pub, the beer selections are just okay, but they do have several Leinenkugel brands on draft including a special/seasonal (they had Oktoberfest when I was there), and a Curlys Pale that is made by Leinie as well.  The menu seems okay... they had several soups to choose from including the Boo Yah which sounded interesting.... didn't have a chance to try it out though.  I went with the standard burger... and it was just okay... nothing memorable except the oversized bun made it too bready.  Fries weren't anything special either.  I should have tried the cheese curds... maybe next time.  Next door they have a gaming area which is sort of like an old ESPN zone feel with "throw the football" or run through the open doors (football line) which was kinda neat.  I would go back....at least to get a glimpse into the rest of Lambeau Field or schedule a stadium tour.

When you go to a city it's always best to avoid the tourist traps. But a trip to Green Bay without a trip to Lambeau Field would leave you without the true GB experience. Fortunately the food inside is great. Curly's Pub is in the atrium so you can visit year round. Best bet, the beer cheese and bacon burger. It has a beer cheese sauce you won't forget. They also have a training menu that is virtually the same food fed to the Packers. It's a fun place to go and prices are reasonable.
