I'm always a little nervous to go solely by reviews online--so I took a few bids when it was time to clean the windows on our new house and our out-building.
Eric is straightforward and honest. His prices are extremely competitive and best of all he does amazing work!
His attention to detail was much appreciated. I didn't mention to him that the wood around our windows was salvaged, delicate and would be very difficult to replace--but found that he took the *greatest* care with them even so.
The windows look amazing amazing now. On top of it all, he is very professional and seems like a really decent human being.
I'm very happy to say I know who we'll call next time we need help with our windows! -

4.5 stars for me. We had a great experience with Eric recently - they did a good job overall - fast, quiet & efficient as the previous reviewer put it. an extra 1/2 star for great after service - they had forgotten one window (we do have lots in our house to be fair) so when i wrote him that night, he was there the next day & promptly cleaned it up!

Eric and John did excellent work. They were fast, quiet, and efficient. I am so amazed how nice my windows look! They were one Minuit early and started working immediately. Great price too.

They did a good job and showed care cleaning my windows and not getting anything wet inside the house. I'd have them back in a minute. He used green cleaning products and was honest and smart. Lives in Magnolia so it's an easy choice for me to hire locally.

Overall: A small local business, with excellent service and care
We desperately needed to have our gutters cleaned, but with us being the procrastination King & Queen of the Pacific NorthWest, it has taken us a while to get it sorted.
I found Crystal Green Window Cleaning through the reviews of other yelpers and decided to try them for myself. They clean gutters as well as windows (inside and out) at very reasonable prices.
Eric can give you an ONLINE quote with the exchange of a few pieces of information. He quoted us $125 for gutter cleaning and $125 for exterior window cleaning of 35 windows on a 3-storey house.
We opted just for the gutter cleaning this time around. Eric was friendly and was on time, then worked away for 1 hour and 45 minutes!
The best part is that you don't have to be in when Eric calls, he can just invoice you later - however, since I was in, I decided to pay him there and then! We will definitely be calling him again next year for the window and gutter cleaning! -

We used Eric to clean gutters on our house and garage a few months back. We have a fairly large home with some complicated gutters so I was worried it might be a tricky job to get right. That said, not only was his quote very reasonable, but he showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, and did a fantastic job. In fact, a much better job than the past few gutter cleaners we have used. We will use him again in the future (perhaps for window cleaning next time.

Fabulous. I called Eric and while he was a week out on scheduling, he volunteered to come the next day since my store is near his house. My store has huge windows which were covered with months (years?) worth of street grime and the inside had just been remodeled so they were a mess of drywall dust and paint. Holy smokes--it looks like a brand new building after Eric's work. Super reasonable price and he was quick too. As a customer experience consultant, I'm pretty picky and I have to say, this was a great experience. I look forward asking Eric to be on a regular cleaning schedule!

Crystal Green Cleaning is a whopper of a good deal! Eric cleaned my house windows, inside and out, that had not been done in, like, ten years. One, he was fast and efficient and two, I was glad that all the products were easy on the environment. Great work all around. Thanks, Eric!

Our poor bungalow was in dire need of window cleaning after years of neglect. Eric did a fantastic job, was fast and tidy, and persevered through freezing temperatures to get the job done. We have a very high window count, and his price was very reasonable. And he was personable and friendly to boot! Call him now!

Very disappointing. Gave quote over the phone, then made booking. Left voicemail on day scheduled to clean stating would cost almost twice as much ($375 for a two story house about 2,500 sq ft with solarium), and would need to reschedule. I approved new price, and rescheduled appt. Job was not completed - whole wall of windows not cleaned. No explanation provided. Fly wire cover of solarium window subsequently fell out as it had not ben properly refitted after windows cleaned. Not the sort of service you'd expect for the money.

Eric is my go-to guy for the windows at my business. He is able to work around my crazy schedule (so as not to inconvenience my clients) and shows up when he says he will show up. He always does a great job, and does not leave a mess behind.

All of you were right on about Eric & how excellent he is! He cleaned the gutters at one of our Seattle rental houses & here's what impressed me:
1) Prompt reply to my initial inquiry
2) Went to check out my property the SAME day to get an estimate
3) Cleaned the gutters that same week
4) Prompt & courteous invoice with an appreciative note for my business
5) Gave me Yelp discount! Even w/o discount, his prices are reasonable
I'll definitely be using Eric again!!!! -

We just moved to Seattle and bought our first house - WOW did our windows need a good washing. Thank goodness for Eric and his magic window washing wand (and the yelp community for recommending him!). Eric was very professional, and even came out on Labor day to accommodate our schedule. He did an amazing job on the windows and gutters and even inspected some of the shingles on our roof while cleaning; even our inspector didn't do that. All in all, highly recommended with no reservations. We hope to have him back each year to keep those windows crystal clear.
