Crystal Car Wash

So today was my second trip to Crystal Car Wash which is conveniently located close to where I live and while getting some last-minute things from Target I decided to have my company truck washed before leaving town.
While the car wash is reasonable priced $18.99 the place itself could use a face-lift, imho.
My truck came out clean and the detail person did a great job with the windows and tires.
For some reason part of my dashboard was neglected but overall, I left happy.
Give em a try!

Came here like 5 times and always liked it enough. Went today and paid 40 bucks for wash and wax. When I picked up my car I tipped the dude a $5 bill. Driving down the road I noticed ALL MY CHANGE WAS MISSING BUT ONE PENNY THAT WAS STUCK IN THE CORNER. THEY REALLY STOLE ALL MY COINS BRO.

Furthermore, the sign says pop the trunk if you want vacuum, went in the trunk to see if they took anything else and they didn't even vacuum and GOT WATER ALL OVER MY SUBWOOFER IN MY TRUNK.

WILL NOT BE BACK!! THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!!!

If there were negative stars to give, I would. This is the second time I bring my car and both times my rims were scratched. If you own a Chevy Volt 2018 or newer the rims stick out Dont Take it to this place!
The owner Sarah had zero accountability for the incident. The first time it happened my husband assumed I had messed it up while parallel parking and he got it fix, this time we checked the car before going in and when it came out it was damaged!
Isaias the manager was no help and both him and Sarah said the rail is plastic and no way it could've damaged it. Well the plastic rail is all messed up, cracked and has a ton of scuff marks. Moreover the damaged on my rims measured exactly 5 inches from the floor, the exact measurement of the rail from the floor.
It's a horrible place, dnt bring your car here!

Went in for a quick wash when they opened because I work just down the street.

For $15.99 for a full service car wash, it's hard to beat. There's a Yelp deal going on, but I completely forgot to show them right after I checked in, oh well.

Just around the corner, there's a pay station that also sells some snacks and drinks. There's a couple couches and a TV inside as well. It was a pretty sunny day, so I opted to sit outside. There was some shade provided and it was a great day out, so it was nice.

There were two cars in front of me, but it still took about 10-15 minutes, which isn't too bad at all.

They hand wash the outside of your vehicle and some of the inside as well.

There's were some lint pieces over my windows, but hey, they can't make it perfect.

The guys over there work really hard and make sure you tip!

To all these people posting 1-star reviews, stop complaining and just wash your own cars at home then, geez.

Looks like a Korean owned shop and the woman at the pay station was very nice as well.

I don't know how busy it gets during the day, but try to come in the morning and you'll be in and out within 15-20 minutes, max.

I've been coming here for years for anything from their Tues/Wed special to their deep cleaning detailed package and they never disappoint

They have couches and a massage chair and snacks and drinks for you to buy so you won't be bored.

Best time to come is in the mornings and you're in and out of there in less than half an hour.

The guys really take their time washing your car so make sure you tip them well.

I got the spring special which was $17 and my car came out looking spotless inside and out. I love that this place does a great job and I can walk home which is across the way and come and pick it up later. The staff esp the receptionist is very friendly. Only complaint is the appearance and seating at this place. It could be way nicer and cleaner. I'm just glad I never have to sit around here and wait for my car. The workers work hard and keep busy the whole time and I appreciate that kind of service. The work good for their tips. I'll continue to keep coming back here. Also love how they keep my tires and rims extra shiny.

I use to come here, because it was so close to my house, but after my last experience, I probably will never return. I typically pay for the "deluxe" wash, which I'm not sure why, but typically it's because I don't mind putting a little more love in my car. Almost every time, the job was not entirely up to par, but I still continued to come back because of the location, and the staff was nice.
I had come and paid for some kinda extra wax.. whatever it was. They took forever, which I usually understand when they are busy. When they finally finished, I just tipped and got in the car and left. The next day, I was walking around to my car in the morning and I noticed a gross amount of direct all over my car, and I'm not sure how it got there, but I did not just pay 40$ to have my car look like trash less then 24 hours later. So I called, and they said they were closing early and to call back tomorrow. So I did, and the owner told me to come in. I did, and she was basically yelling and laughing at me at the same time, and trying to make me feel stupid. She ran it through the wash again, I tipped the guy, and left. I will never return due to the customer service I received from the owner.
It's not like I had just come in once and complained, I had been there once a week for the last few months. There is so many other car wash places around, I don't mind driving further to get good customer service and a way better car wash.

Down the street from my house. So I am a lazy guy. And last thing I want to do is spend a few hours cleaning up my car. This car wash does what I wont. And for 18.99 because it's an SUV. Great price point. 16.99 for regular cars. They do a good job. Clean inside and clean outside. Nice lobby area w drinks and snacks. I always come early to avoid the crowds. One star off for the look. It can get some updating and maybe some upgrades. But a solid 4. Try them out.

I purchased my first BMW 328 and decided to pay $25 for a hand car wash to avoid any scratches from the machine wash. The person cleaning my car stood on the lower door frame of my rear passenger door and dented the frame... I spoke with the Manager and he just shrugged ‍ his shoulders like... Oh well...

Stopped by three days later when the owner Sara finally called me back... meet with her at the car wash and she said "they would never do this" and walked away.

Never bring your car here... no accountability

I wasted 45 minutes of my life & $25.00 of my money on a craptastic car wash. They did an absolute horrible job on the interior (see pictures). You would think that in 45 minutes they could do a better job.
